Q: Can I run these cameras on my current system with my Sync Module 2?
A: Hello RonK62, thank you for your question. A Blink Sync Module 2 can support up to 10 Blink cameras. This includes Blink Outdoor 4, Video Doorbell, Wired Floodlight, and Mini cameras. You can run these cameras on your current Sync Module 2. I hope that helps, have a great day!
Q: There would be no problem with using this with 5G wifi, correct? Looking at the Outdoor 4 camera.
A: Hello and thank you for asking this question. Blink cameras require a 2.4 GHz connection to operate and would not be able to connect to a 5 GHz WIFI source. I hope this answers your question and that you have a wonderful day.
Q: Does this set come with mounting brackets for Vinyl siding?
A: Hi Donna! The Blink Outdoor 4 system will come with some adjustable mounts, however they don't come with anything specially designed for attaching to vinyl siding. You can always screw them directly in, but it would be a good idea to seal the screw holes with some silicon or outdoor caulk to avoid water seeping in from them. Looking around online, there are a variety of vinyl siding clips you can get and some of them are even designed for the Blink Outdoor 4! I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!

Q: Do we need to pay a subscription to be able to use the cameras?
A: Hi Chantal, No, you do not need to pay a subscription to be able to use the Blink Outdoor 4 Wireless cameras. You can use the Blink Outdoor 4 cameras without a subscription, but you will not be able to save video clips to the cloud and will be limited in some features. Without a subscription, you can still use live view, receive motion-based notifications, and use two-way audio. With a Blink Sync Module (like the one included in the Outdoor 4 with the XR module), you can also save video recordings locally to a MicroSD card. Hope you have a great day.

The Sync Module Core does not offer extended range; for greater distances, you would need the Blink Sync Module XR, which extends the connection range to 250 feet in XR mode and up to 400 feet in XR+ mode. Highly Recommend!! Great cameras!!!
I love the blink cameras, you can adjust the settings for how many seconds or minutes you want it to record after a motion. It captures everything that moves, cars, and people. Recently it served me because someone was in my yard that I didn’t know. I was able to use my microphone feature which worked wonders because they were able to hear me clearly and left my yard. The camera was able to captured their face very clearly. At night if the cameras sense something it captures every sound and movement. I highly recommend these cameras and they have a wide range of coverage on any areas and angel you put them in.

Perfect!
Order was purchased online for curb side pickup. The staff was quick and delivered my order at my car as soon as I parked. Blink is easy to operate. It is very useful and will purchase same brand again. Captured the raccoon at my backyard who wanted to get into the chicken coop. And was able to scare him away from the camera.

Love these cameras!
Very easy to install (I used command strips to hang them so no drilling or fuss. I must admit, I am a bit obsessed with every motion capture. This is how busy bodies are minted lol
