I have 2,000mbps plan. Could only get 1 camera to work out of the 5, and even that one had horrible quality. I moved the white pod to every side of the house and did nothing for it. Will never recommend this brand. And yes i “troubleshooted my WiFi” my download WiFi speeds are almost 1,000 and upload was over 300. Good thing i tried to see the quality before wasting even more time and installing around the house first. They couldn’t even connect in the house, as if they’d ever work outside. Outdoor camera my…

By the time my "trial subscription" ended, I did not have enough free time in the very short window to meet the return time frame of product. I kind of doubt it would have been eligible for return within the window anyway since I had the product out of the box and was using it. I also didn't realize that Blink was owned by Amazon until I received the product and saw the company name Amazon in tiny font on the box. This is another piece of information that should be included with any product description. Finally, if you are using this indoors, you really have to mute the sound or you get feedback noise. Otherwise, set up was easy if someone is okay with all of the product specs when they are fully provided.

If you try to add the cameras before you add the white Sync device, (which wasn't initially apparent - had to call another country to discover that) it won't let you continue and you potentially have to erase everything and start again. Tried several times to erase and start again, and then it wouldn't let me (ughh). The directions aren't quite the breadcrumbs you'd hope for.
