My account would not set up. This was on a Saturday, I tried calling and no support on the weekend. I emailed support and was told 2 working days for a response. Tuesday, I get a response, and after 3 emails with support i finally get an account set up on Thursday. I go to install the cameras, and 1 only get 1 out of 5 to work. I hired a tech support friend, and after 3 hours with him, we both decided the cameras needed to be returned. I packed everything up, went to Best Buy in Irving and the return was easy.
