They work great & alert us to people, animals or vehicles on our property. Tgese can be turned off when not needed. I definitely recommend these camerad.

Product was unclear on the app needed to run the cameras. The free portion of the app is worthless for what you need security cameras for. And if you have more fhan one camera its about $12 a month to use fhe app. On camera is giving us a problem where we need to hang it. It is up against the house and at night its completely blacked out because the house is light gray. Nothing we can do to make it work

This camera no longer powers on. They have had me try multiple batteries, power sources, phones, internet sources, just to diagnose the issue. Every email they come up with something new. Instead of just sending a new camera and letting me send the defective one back. Such a waste of time sending you in circles and never actually trying to help you. THEY ARE JUNK CAMERAS AND SUPPORT IS EVEN WORSE!! STAY AWAY, Be Warned! They do not care about you or their junk product. Then they stop responding and then a new person replies and then they start the process of sending you in circles all over again. I am done throwing this in the trash and not looking back. I will move on to another product.

Three weeks of circular troubleshooting emails when you have a device that won't power on is not acceptable, and I understand why you've lost confidence in us.
You've identified a real problem with how this was handled: instead of recognizing a clear hardware failure early and processing a replacement, the support team kept you in a loop of diagnostics that should have ended much sooner. That's on us, and it's not the experience we should be delivering.
For a device that won't power on after trying multiple batteries and power sources, a replacement should have been the immediate next step—not weeks of back-and-forth. The fact that support then went silent and restarted the process with a new agent only made it worse.
I want to make this right. Please reach out to our support team directly at 1-888-280-4331 or through the Blink app. Let them know you've been dealing with this for over three weeks. You deserve a resolution—whether that's a replacement unit or a full refund—without any additional runaround.
Your feedback about the support experience is critical, You shouldn't have to fight this hard for help.
Again, I'm sorry we let you down.
