    The sound and the image quality is great! The notification is also great! You can modify that if you want the camera to be notifying you or not but it does not miss notification or to let you know someone is at your door.

    The product is as advertised The major headache is the asinine website Best But uses for online orders. I had to speak to a customer service rep who I asked to pass along the dismay and disgust of the web site experience, to date, no one has contacted me as follow up. I had nothing but issue after issue and will further tell people not to use it. As a sidebar: Still cannot redeem whatever 'e-gift card' through the website, even though I've been reminded.
