Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I BOUGHT THIS SET IN NOVEMBER 2025 ONLY BECAUSE I LIKE THE IDEA OF NOT HAVING WIRES CONNECTED TO THEM, BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN AND 7 MONTHE LATER THEY JUST DON'T WANNA WORK ANYMORE, I PUT NEW BATTERIES IN AND IT SAYS OFFLINE, I REPLACE THE BATTERIES AGAIN AND IT WORKS FOR FEW MINUTES AND IT SAYS OFFLINE AGAIN, I DID NOT GET ANY EXTRA WARRANTY BECAUSE I HAD A SET SAME BRAND FOR YRS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES, I REPLACED THEM WITH THIS ONES ONLY BECAUSE IT HAS BETTER RESOLUTION BUT THEY ARE PIECE OF CRAP, SO DO NOT BUT THESE CAMERAS, DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

We completely understand your disappointment — you invested in this system based on your positive experience with the previous generation, and having all cameras go offline after just 7 months is not acceptable, especially when the product advertises a two-year battery life.
The fact that fresh batteries only keep the cameras online for a few minutes before they drop offline again suggests this may be a connectivity or firmware issue rather than a battery problem. Here are a few things that may help:
Check your Sync Module — The Sync Module Core is the hub that communicates with all your cameras. If it's experiencing issues, all cameras will appear offline. Try unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
Wi-Fi signal strength — If your router has been updated or moved, the signal reaching your outdoor cameras may have weakened. Check signal strength in the Blink app under each camera's settings.
Firmware update — Sometimes a firmware update can resolve connectivity bugs. Check the Blink app for any pending updates for both the Sync Module and cameras.
Battery contacts — Ensure the battery contacts inside the cameras are clean and free of corrosion, especially if exposed to weather.
