To ensure you're getting the clearest possible footage for evidence purposes, make sure your cameras are positioned with good lighting coverage, check that your Wi-Fi signal strength is strong at each camera location to prevent connection drops during recording, and regularly review your camera angles to ensure they capture the necessary details. I have 2,000mbps plan. Could only get 1 camera to work out of the 5, and even that one had horrible quality. I moved the white pod to every side of the house and did nothing for it. Will never recommend this brand. And yes i “troubleshooted my WiFi” my download WiFi speeds are almost 1,000 and upload was over 300. Good thing i tried to see the quality before wasting even more time and installing around the house first. They couldn’t even connect in the house, as if they’d ever work outside. Outdoor camera my…

I understand how frustrating it can be when the system doesn’t connect or perform as expected, especially after spending time troubleshooting. Even with fast Wi-Fi, setup can sometimes be affected by placement, distance from the Sync Module, or interference from other devices.
