Absolutel NIGHTMARE

I have 2,000mbps plan. Could only get 1 camera to work out of the 5, and even that one had horrible quality. I moved the white pod to every side of the house and did nothing for it. Will never recommend this brand. And yes i “troubleshooted my WiFi” my download WiFi speeds are almost 1,000 and upload was over 300. Good thing i tried to see the quality before wasting even more time and installing around the house first. They couldn’t even connect in the house, as if they’d ever work outside. Outdoor camera my…

I understand how frustrating it can be when the system doesn’t connect or perform as expected, especially after spending time troubleshooting. Even with fast Wi-Fi, setup can sometimes be affected by placement, distance from the Sync Module, or interference from other devices. If you try to add the cameras before you add the white Sync device, (which wasn't initially apparent - had to call another country to discover that) it won't let you continue and you potentially have to erase everything and start again. Tried several times to erase and start again, and then it wouldn't let me (ughh). The directions aren't quite the breadcrumbs you'd hope for.
