Even though the cameras are within 100 feet, obstacles like brick walls, metal siding, or appliances can significantly reduce effective range.
Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength: Ensure your Sync Module has a strong connection to your router. In the Blink app, check the signal strength indicator for both the Sync Module and each camera. If the Sync Module shows weak connectivity to your router, consider moving it closer to the router or using a Wi-Fi mesh network.
Reduce Interference: Keep the Sync Module away from other wireless devices like baby monitors, cordless phones, microwaves, or Bluetooth devices that operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency, as these can cause interference.
Power Cycle Your System: Unplug the Sync Module Core from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. After it reconnects (solid blue and green lights), try adding the cameras again through the Blink app.
