    THIS PHONE IS NOT VERY LOUD ON THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE. MEANING I CAN BARELY HEAR IT RING AND I CAN BARELY HEAR PEOPLE TALKING TO ME AND THEY CAN BARELY HEAR ME TALKING TO THEM. THE SCREEN CHANGES AT IT'S OWN WILL AND TO WHATEVER IT WANTS TO GO.

    Phone is ok. Bought for work trip in the EU and the phone did not work for 4G or 3G speeds. It was only able to pick up Edge which is between 2G and 3G in speed range and capabilities. For an unlocked phone to use in the U.S, It works just fine on the GSM carriers.

    I really enjoy that this phone is better in all aspects than both of my previous phones which were recommended and preferred by my service provider as "latest upgrades". It out does my stylo5 and galaxyS9 by a long shot.. personal opinion great product and an amazing price! Thank you BEST BUY!!
