Q: Do you sell cases for this phone?
A: Yes. I got one that is like a wallet in that it folds shut. I've dropped it many times and it surprisingly did not break

A: Don't pry it open! It has a flex strip attached to the front and back. There should be a tool in your box that resemble's a straight line. Push it in the hole besides the card placement fixture, and the fixture will pop out.
