I tried to call & was told by some female, that no answers the phone anywhere in the US. I had to drive way up to the Colma store to speak to someone in person. This is no way to run a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took a while to learn the controls and to program the radio. The papers that came with it did not show everything. Had to learn it by figuring it out myself. The item was on sale for just a few bucks over a hundred and installation was free so overall, it was a great purchase.

Lots of playing options

The installer was able to tell me many things about it and help set it up. There was not a manual to help so had to resort to youtube for some points. Once I get it down it will be great for hands free map and phone.

They did a good job with the installation however i still have no sound and they did not tell me why so with that all i see is a pretty radio that is well seated into the dash i do t know if it works or not and theu did not tell me why or anything.

I've tutored myself on the operation because the Covid prevented the installer from interacting with me. The radio is nice for FM, AM and of course all the other options for music,talk, news. ENJOY
