I was not informed when I purchased it that it would take so long to get an appointment for installation. I had to make an appointment for out of town to get one soonest and then the pandemic happened so appointment was cancelled. It's been about six weeks so far.

Probably be months before the pandemic lifts enough to allow a rescheduled date for the installation.

It won’t connect my i-phone to the Bluetooth. The few instructions for use just tell you to go on the menu, and the choices they show you on the scant information on paper, don’t coincide with what you get on the display. I can’t figure out how to get from playing a CD back to the radio, nothing on the display even shows the radio. I’m extremely frustrated and certainly not a happy camper!!

And then it won't connect half the time. It tries to connect to my phone and if I don't click ok on the app on my phone, my ipad won't connect. Over 90% of the time, the Bluetooth on the receiver doesn't work even though it says it is connected. A Best Buy employee picked this out for me - don't trust them! I'm going to replace it. I got it installed at Best Buy & they didn't give me back the boxes, so I hope I can get my money back. I really don't understand all the good reviews. I am beyond frustrated with this radio. Don't waste your money.

It was lacking power and sound quality was horrible. The app to use this radio did not work well. It froze a couple of times and just didn’t like the interface. Although I’ve had Pioneer before this one was crap.
