Purchased open box item marked excellent. Installed and no sound. Back of unit got really hot quick. Returned it. Hope they don't keep selling it as an open box item.

I have returned this product, I admit I bought it open box and the best buy piople said there was nothing woung. there's a reason it was returned before I got it. don't try to save a little money , it won't be worth it. along with the functions not working correct the light was so dim even on bright I couldn't see what was going on. I returned it and got an Alpine for a few dollars more and IT works great.

I ended up with two of these. First one returned in 30 days because it froze, no functions worked. Replacement quit working a year later, had to send it out for repair. In the meantime I got a second, that one quit within a year had to send out for repair. Back to the first one, that crapped out about another year later, sent for repair and they approved a replacement radio (AKA got store credit) Going to try a Sony or Kenwood I guess.

Bought this stereo but the store could not install it for three weeks. A few days later I received an email stating the order had been cancelled. Then another email stating I had received a refund. I later contacted the credit card company and they told me there was not a refund issued. I went to the store and they said they had done a refund. I have been back to the store twice and contacted the card company again. It has been a mess and the issue still is not resolved.

Even know it looks good it was hard to figure out how to set it up and the sound quality is nothing to write home about.

Purchased items and scheduled installation! Day of installation came and they didn’t have the stereo but still insist to proceed to the installation department for they can’t help me. Nobody could help me so I canceled all my purchase! Will never purchase again

I’m waiting for this virus epidemic to be done with so I can have Best Buy uninstall this radio from my car. There’s no instructions at all on how to use it even simple things like changing from a.m. to FM and looking for specific stations it won’t even do that it seems as though each button has multiple functions but you don’t know which is which or what is what. I can’t wait to get this thing out of my car and find something better, More user-friendly.

I'm sure the receiver is good, but the website indicated this would fit in a 2001 BMW 330ci. With the required harnesses it does NOT fit. The Geek Squad guy even said he tried making a cable extension and still couldn't get it to fit. Who ever is documenting fit for vehicles needs to consider all of the other items, like harnesses, that are required. This was supposed to be a present for my wife.

I don’t like it… unable to limit the amount of bass so to me it sounds distorted and drowns out the vocals….

Poorly thought out navigation. Counter-intuitive user interface. I feel like whoever designed this never used a car stereo before. Good luck turning it on and off! You'll have to look that one up. Can you change the treble? Who knows. FM radio stations display advertising info embedded in broadcast (usually a law firm).

The first stereo skipped and was teplaced. The phone system for the second stereo installed does not work. Big waste of time tome and money. The technicians don't appear to be very competent.

Delivered too late and I had to made a lot of complains to get it...

This product awesome, but the guy who helped me to purchase the radio did lie to me when he said it will come with remote control and he was 100% positive, after I received it I did go back there then he said if you don’t want it return in it , unprofessional employee that’s why my rate is poor

I received the stereo quite quickly, and it was easy to install. I wasn't looking for anything super fancy, but something that had a cd player, radio, BT, and easy to navigate.

I had to return the product, after waiting weeks for installation I was notified 2 days before that all their technicians were out ill and they didn’t know when they’d return?? Product was returned to the store.

More then 1/2 of the FM channel were nothing but static, all am stations was static, 87.7 did not come in at all. Radio was returned. What a waste of my time. Had it installed on a Sunday, and Thursday it was taken out

After scheduling an appointment for install, weeks later they inform me they can't supply the player.

3 weeks after it was installed, it died and blew the 2 new speakers that were just installed in my jeep yj dash!

Working for 26 days only and star with amp error problems and that’s not working no more
