||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The staff was unhelpful and it took 45 minutes to help me, from someone who obvious didn't want to help. I said I wanted the stereo to be installed. I was told that the installer was going on a 2 week vacation and had an appointment when he got back. I was told later that the installer was sick and wouldn't be available for another week. Then I received an e-mail yesterday, that the store was going to refund the stereo if I didn't pick it up before August second, that is before my next appointment for installation. I don't know if the product is good or bad, I will have to have it installed.

open box returned for a reason.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have returned this product, I admit I bought it open box and the best buy piople said there was nothing woung. there's a reason it was returned before I got it. don't try to save a little money , it won't be worth it. along with the functions not working correct the light was so dim even on bright I couldn't see what was going on. I returned it and got an Alpine for a few dollars more and IT works great.

Junk, 2 radios, JUNK

First one returned in 30 days because it froze, no functions worked. Replacement quit working a year later, had to send it out for repair. In the meantime I got a second, that one quit within a year had to send out for repair. Back to the first one, that crapped out about another year later, sent for repair and they approved a replacement radio (AKA got store credit) Going to try a Sony or Kenwood I guess.

A few days later I received an email stating the order had been cancelled. Then another email stating I had received a refund. I later contacted the credit card company and they told me there was not a refund issued. I went to the store and they said they had done a refund. I have been back to the store twice and contacted the card company again. It has been a mess and the issue still is not resolved.

There’s no instructions at all on how to use it even simple things like changing from a.m. to FM and looking for specific stations it won’t even do that it seems as though each button has multiple functions but you don’t know which is which or what is what. I can’t wait to get this thing out of my car and find something better, More user-friendly.

Day of installation came and they didn’t have the stereo but still insist to proceed to the installation department for they can’t help me. Nobody could help me so I canceled all my purchase! Will never purchase again

Does not fit

With the required harnesses it does NOT fit. The Geek Squad guy even said he tried making a cable extension and still couldn't get it to fit. Who ever is documenting fit for vehicles needs to consider all of the other items, like harnesses, that are required. This was supposed to be a present for my wife.

Counter-intuitive user interface

I feel like whoever designed this never used a car stereo before. Good luck turning it on and off! You'll have to look that one up. Can you change the treble? Who knows. FM radio stations display advertising info embedded in broadcast (usually a law firm).
