Good versatile unit

The instructions were a little limited and I needed to reference the blogs on the internet for some of the connections (the wire to the dimmer isn’t necessary), but the sound was good especially when adding a sub. I would also recommend downloading the app to take advantage of all the options.

After installation my old speakers in my 2001 Saturn Man car sounded great. About a year later I noticed that the CD player would skip if I hit a bump. After that if I hit a small bump. Took the CDs out of the car because CD became unusable. The radio receive was still good when I went up north fishing. Dr Dan and the local AM jocks would entertain and give me fishing news. About 50 miles from radio stations. And Spotify It was still a go to. Now I can only get radio from about 15 miles out. It has got to the point where I don't use the radio at home in the city. Static bugs the heck out of me on what should be a clear FM receive. If you know what is like to buy something and realize it's been four years, it is a bummer. I expected it to last longer than the old car. In the late 70s and early 80s My Pioneer KP4000 in dash was installed in ln my 65 Impala SS, My 72 Chevelle SS, 76 Cutlass, and sold in my 79 Ford Pickup. Don't buy the DEH-S6220BS if you're expecting any longevity.
