Great robo vac, does the job, only thing that i would replace is the blocking thing, because he s trying to Go down the stairs, and i don t want to use the blocking thing lol, so it s my fault, but i thought he a going To “learn” my home and not go that way lol

great vacuum, great on pet hair and learns the area

I really wanted to like this product but it did not work to its hype. We have a Retriever and sheds a lot so we hoped this would help our house stay clean. We charged it, let it program itself, and then let it start vacuuming. Very easy to use. However when it went to work, it would vacuumed the hair but then would leave it clumped somewhere else. Apparently, it would suck in the debris but would not store it inside. Mind you, this was on the first pass so the reservoir was not full. We tried it three more times on different days and would do the same thing. We would empty the vacuum each time used and it was very little that was in it so it was never overloaded. We must have gotten a dud one. We are just too busy to try another one so we just returned it.

Really picked up pet hair in the four times it ran. Then the left wheel froze. Returned after one week. Might have been a lemon, but I'm holding off on robovacs for the time being.

Works great, just sometimes it struggles to find the docking station

After a month of use, I’m happy with it’s performance.

This robovacuum is great on hardwood for pet hair. It gets the corners great ( intermittently). Not that great on carpet or rugs. It doesn't have a mapping system like the Neato or the Samsung; thus it has a mind of its own and may stay in an area for a long time. If it had the mapping I'd give it another star.

Works great going from carpet to wood floors. Cleaned well.

After a month, it only spun in circles and would no longer clean my room. When it did work, it did a great job. I wasted $250

It doesn't suction dirt properly ( very little suction power). It always get stuck in area rug. End up returning the item.

have this set to vacuum at 3am. a little noisy but works well.

Very nice, could be quieter, very fragile Body frame,.. But gets the job done.

It is interesting to watch how it maneuvers around room and picks up debris in its path. However, it requires some extra effort to ensure it doesn't snag on loose area rugs or gets stuck under certain furniture or other objects.
