Q: What do the functions waffle and juice on the controller do?
A: Juice makes the little bot return back to its charging station to 'juice' up. If you place the bot in a specific dirty area you want cleaned and press waffle, the bot will clean the area by going back and forth in a dimension of about 3ft by 3ft (so like the lines between the squares on a waffle).
A: The Bobi works best on bare surfaces. Ours constantly gets hung up on our rugs which don't even have tassels. Yes, it will push/smear cat poop and vomit. Bobi is more of a maintenance vacuum cleaner and won't suck up large quantities, so if you have a pile of cat food I would use a traditional vacuum. The Bobi is great for getting underneath certain furniture, though.
A: It misses a lot as soon as it senses the wall it turns around so we end up vacuuming too. I bought it on sale as a special buy of the day but wouldn’t buy it again.
Q: How effective is this model on deep pile carpet?
A: Mine broke after a month, I have nothing nice to say about this product
Q: How well does BOB really do with pet hair and is it worth the money?
A: Yes! Is perfect for pet hair and dust but not for long human hair
Q: What size house or how many rooms will this clean?
A: I have more than 1 and use each to cover roughly 1000 square feet and they seem to do a good job at it.
A: Yes it does.
Q: Has anyone had their dog break this?? My dog loves plastic......this would be an expensive chew!
A: I have a Boxer and Chihuahua and they don’t bother it, a little barking but to us that’s entertaining
