Our bObsweep robot does exactly what it's supposed to do. Our floors are cleaner on a daily basis with way less time and effort spent by us.

This is my third robot vacuum and by far the best. The mapping technology is nice and picks up pet hair good.

The best of vacuum cleaning for dogs and regular use

I’ve had a roomba before, and it was a PITA. I love bob. I’ve relayed this to my partner, and she understands. The mapping is awesome. The ability to mark areas to avoid is great. Bob gets stuck a lot on a rug, and he definitely cannot handle fringes.

I have an american bulldog that sheds, and this has been such a life saver. I have it scheduled to clean twice a day, and it makes life so much easier. Would definitely recommend!!!

We have hardwood flooring and thought if this product had good reviews for did hair it would be great for home without pets. So far it works well. The only drawback I’ve found was in the home mapping option. It spends a lot of time with tables and chairs and I’ve tried to block out those areas but it tries to clean them. Not a big deal

Works great and great tracking. Remembers patterns and can easily be changed with a smartphone. Works like the expensive robotic vacuums for 1/4 of the price.

So good clean my wood floor perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to every household.

I have two German shepherd that shed a lot i had to be sweeping and vacuuming everyday day now the bob sweep vacums every day and does a great job I have one upstairs and one downstairs can believe I took so long to get this vacuum highly recommend

It does a good job, is more quiet than my previous one and does not slam into things.

I gave this to my son's family in FL for Christmas. It does amazing with the sand and 3 kids under the age of 10 and is saving my daughter-in-law alot of time

Where has Phoenix been our whole lives???? We have 3 dogs and it has been a game changer with our daily hairy floors.

I really did want to love this thing, and maybe did for about a week. Then I realized it sucks up virtually nothing and you HAVE to clean the beaters at least once every other day, though usually every day in my experience. What I mean by it sucks virtually nothing is that it'll suck up *some* things on surfaces, but it by no means actually sucks stuff up out of carpets...in fact even if you put something in front of it to pick up, it typically just runs it over and doesn't pick it up at all. Extremely disappointing especially considering the price. I used to have the iRobot monthly subscription option (J7+ I think? It had the self emptying base... Im sad they took that program away) and my gods that thing deep cleaned... So much better than a stick vacuum, and this Phoenix isn't even in the same ballpark. Bought July 15, 2024 when I moved to a new place. It's now Nov 8, 2024 and it stopped working entirely on Nov 1st. I'm going to see if whatever the issue is is covered by the warranty because it's the only vacuum I have currently and can't afford to buy something new right now, but even if it is fixable, this thing isn't worth it... Maybe others have had better experience and I got a dud of a unit? I guess just prepare for a not so great experience and if it turns out better for you, there's no disappointment lol Also a quick note--the app is so clunky, slow, and in need of a revamp. The mapping is finicky (as far as setup and changing to a different map--I have 2 stories so I have 2 different maps I have to switch between and it's annoying at best). 2/5 stars because it should have latest much longer than 4 months and because it barely does the job even when it was working.

Works Awesome!!! Wife really loves this little beast. Takes a few times to map out the house but finds its way around and back to the charger without a hitch....

We love this machine very quiet does a thorough job of vacuuming. The map feature is great to use for cleaning individual rooms. Easy to set up. I recommend great for pet hair.

Vacuum works really well. Only issue ove found is thay dust bin filla up quickly if you have alot of pet hair. Operate at 1/2 suction or more to prevent clogs.

This is the best ever. I have dogs and wow its gets everything. I cannot say enough postive things about this. If you do not have one you need one in your home

Worst robot vacuum I've owned. Returns to the charger about 10% of the time. Short time actually vacuuming, dust bin is small. It's a shame since it cleans well when it actually works. There's just no use in a vacuum that perpetually falls asleep after 20 min in a random part of the house. It also does not make a sound when it is stuck or the battery is low so I have to crawl around looking for a dark colored robot under furniture or corner of the rooms. I've left maybe 3 reviews in my life, so bob has really made an impact for the wrong reasons.
