I really did want to love this thing, and maybe did for about a week. Then I realized it sucks up virtually nothing and you HAVE to clean the beaters at least once every other day, though usually every day in my experience. What I mean by it sucks virtually nothing is that it'll suck up *some* things on surfaces, but it by no means actually sucks stuff up out of carpets...in fact even if you put something in front of it to pick up, it typically just runs it over and doesn't pick it up at all. Extremely disappointing especially considering the price. I used to have the iRobot monthly subscription option (J7+ I think? It had the self emptying base... Im sad they took that program away) and my gods that thing deep cleaned... So much better than a stick vacuum, and this Phoenix isn't even in the same ballpark. Bought July 15, 2024 when I moved to a new place. It's now Nov 8, 2024 and it stopped working entirely on Nov 1st. I'm going to see if whatever the issue is is covered by the warranty because it's the only vacuum I have currently and can't afford to buy something new right now, but even if it is fixable, this thing isn't worth it... Maybe others have had better experience and I got a dud of a unit? I guess just prepare for a not so great experience and if it turns out better for you, there's no disappointment lol Also a quick note--the app is so clunky, slow, and in need of a revamp. The mapping is finicky (as far as setup and changing to a different map--I have 2 stories so I have 2 different maps I have to switch between and it's annoying at best). 2/5 stars because it should have latest much longer than 4 months and because it barely does the job even when it was working.

Bob has been a wonderful addition to the family. The app is nice and he seems to navigate the obstacles we leave for him on the floor fairly well.

The mapping takes a long time to complete but once finished, it was incredibly accurate. This unit did a very thorough job cleaning the floor when we did run it. However, due to it being the shape that it is, it did miss spots, especially when going around appliances, furniture, etc. I would recommend it, but only at the sale price.

I’ve bever had any experience with these robo vacuums before but bobsweep gives me similar results to my dyson ball vacuum. 100% recommend.

Bobosweep worked well for two weeks vacuuming in a zig zag pattern, which repeated itself. The whole house, rather large, did not get vacuumed unless I moved it. That was the good part. After roughly two weeks of use, however, it would not charge even with battery removal/reset.

Great vacuum. Love the mapping and it does not give up! It requires reading the manual to ensure proper care and maintenance.

Very hand set and leave no more cat hair great product

I use it on my 1st floor which is wooden and carpets on it.It cleans thoroughly without leaving any debris. Checks for all the edges and protects wall.

Had this bObsweep now for a few weeks. Works great. Tries to get itself unstuck, cleans well. The app is quite helpful.

Amazing product! Does a great job at mapping out the house. I am surprised by how much it holds before i have to empty it based on its size.

This vacuum works so good on pet hair. I had a different brand robotic vacuum that I didn't care for, and this is so much better!

1 star for having a great battery. It's the only positive - I've had this for almost 2 weeks and every single day it gets stuck. I have all hardwood floors but cant even get over flat transitioners. Alerts dozens of times that its dustbin is incorrectly set. Cannot get voice to notify me of anything and it when it gets jammed, no notification is sent to my phone. It has to be a lemon its so bad... but maybe thats why it was $600 off
