There have been multiple disconnects and there have been a few times that the sweeper has gotten stuck in various areas.

The app has been improved several times since my purchase - but there were times where the app made me have to restart the whole process of mapping out my house and blocking off spaces.

Love how you can block out areas or rooms. My only complaint after a few days is I wish the tray that collects the dust was easier to empty. I find myself having to claw out and sticking my hands in the tray to get everything out. Otherwise this guy picks up things I didn't even think were there.

Everything works perfectly as long as you don’t leave anything that could be caught out while it’s running. I failed to put the charging cord out of the path and it was wrapped around the middle brush. It covers all of the area great and will go back to a place on the map if it was initially missed.

Doesn’t vacuum up much dirt

However the spinning brushes seem to knock debris away from Bob. Watched it go over dirt on tile floor and leave most of it behind. Discovered this after the first couple runs. Now it just collects dust. Do not recommend

Bob's keeping my floor clean

It mapped my entire first floor, and now I just pick the room I want to clean, and is very systematic. I have a long haired dog, and theres some maintenance I need to get all the dog hair out, but it's worth it.
