Good product good quality and cleans well Helps a lot

This item was a gift for my birthday. Unfortunately I went on vacation immediately after receiving it and did not realize how bad this product is before the expiration to return the item had come and gone. I have two dogs that shed like mad and needed a vacuum that could help with that. This item, which on the Best Buy website is described as a vacuum for pet hair does not do anything with pet hair except push it around into clumps on the floor. And it is not for a lack of space in the vacuum’s container. When I go to empty it, it will have some dirt and a few hairs but remains for the most part empty. The app that works with the item is easy to use, but if you are looking for a product to help with pet hair, this is not the one. Unfortunately I did not realize it until it was too late so I have collected a $200 waste of space.

Works great but you have to clean the main brush every other day

I really wanted to like the Bobsweep Slam robot vacuum, but it’s been more frustrating than helpful. It constantly gets stuck in the same spots on every single run- over and over again. Unless your space is wide open with no furniture or obstacles, Bob struggles hard. As for cleaning power? Disappointing. I have a dog and It doesn’t pick up all the pet hair or debris from rugs and carpets, and it leaves a lot behind. I end up having to babysit it or clean up after it-exactly what a robot vacuum is supposed to prevent. Bob bumps into furniture and walls constantly. I expected way more for the price. On top of that, the return window is much shorter than expected, so I’m stuck with it. I also had to reach out to customer service because it just stopped working out of nowhere, they were helpful and sent me another one and even that one is giving me issues. Save your money. Bob doesn’t suck—in more ways than one. Also, a lot of the glowing 5-star reviews seem suspicious- like they were written as part of a promotion. My experience has been nowhere near what those reviews suggest.

Does a great job. I feel like I have a robot maid.

I got this unit after using the bobsweep vision plus, the mopping part stopped working so I upgraded the vacuum portion. I must say this work amazingly well, the app works so well with the vacuum and the blocking feature is very easy to use. 10 out of 10

I was very skeptical buying this but I could not have been more wrong! We have hardwood floors with rugs and a very large husky I swear loses half her coat daily. Bob runs every morning and my floors look amazing. Now if it could only climb stairs!! I've recommended it to many friends already.

So far so good. Too early in the game to know if this will last. I’ve had other roombas that don’t last a year

I wish it picked up better on carpets. i have low pile carpet and even on high suction it still dont pick up all the trash. It works great on bare floors

The device cleaned well and worked like it was supposed to!

I bought this as a way to make vacuuming easier in between actually vacuuming. The thing doesn’t seem like it’s picking anything up and I still have to vacuum after it even when it’s just picking up pet hair. I’m quite disappointed in it and I used it for for over a month before I reviewed it just in case it was somehow my issue and it’s not.

This works okay. The bin is very difficult to get all of the debris out of however.

Recommend! It’s very easy to map out and conveniently on the app.

It kept getting stuck on my carpet and was hard to get the brush loose.

Got a good deal on Best Buy for this - otherwise wouldn’t have considered purchasing such an expensive item. It works great, and the customer service is good too!

Does miss a few spots, seems to get stuck under my couch on a daily. But for the most part its great!
