Good robo sweeper for the big savings that I received! Does a great job on my wood flooring, not great on the carpet.

Vaccum was shipped quickly. Very satisfied with my Phoenix. It was easy to set up. I like that it comes with 2 side brushes.

Extremely high-maintenance and sofware has glitches. App is mediocre and looks horribly dated. We ran into some hardware issue and soon realized manufacturer's support is email or web-form only. Parts are extremely expensive and not sold on marketplace. I tried ordering a brush on the website and they wanted me to pay 20 bucks shipping for a small brush.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. Tried it to make sure it worked. Did a nice job on our hardwoods. Our daughter will definitely enjoy bObsweep.

Well bob sucks, just not in ways you need it to. It got stuck multiple times on every single run in the same spots over and over and over and over again. If you have nothing on your floor, no table or chairs, open space, it might work for you. Or at least it won’t get stuck. On to the sucking: it doesn’t. I got it because I have little dogs and a dusty backyard. I vacuum usually every day. My large canister vacuum is usually filled with hair and dust after one run. After 4 runs, bob had filled its tiny little bin about halfway. Return period is WAY shorter than I thought. I see why now. I guess I just have to suck it up. Since bob won’t.

Could try it because it didn't come with a charging cord. Looking online that is a common problem

After one month, it is dead. Will not charge. No support options for this model on Bobsweep's website and cannot register for warranty?

I bought the bObsweep 10/23. It did an amazing job of cleaning my floors. I have hard wood and it picked up everything, even dust. The only issue we had was that it required a lot of cleaning, at least one a week. Then In July 2023 it stopped working suddenly. It does nothing now except spin in place. If it was still working I would have given 5 stars because it worked so well.

Started out well as we have a lot of hair to be cleaned from the carpet. Does not work well on the tile and I assume wood will be the same. After about 45 days, started complaining about main brush is having issue and needs cleaning. Cleaned it well but still did not work.

I was so excited when I bought this vacuum I had been wanting one for awhile. After checking the reviews, comparing to similar items, and loving price I purchased I call him Bob. When I first opened him I was confused about multiple things and support and google helped. After about 3 weeks he kept stopping and would go home or just quit. After contacting customer support about 3 times and checking trouble shooting they said it was the main brush and I had to take apart check ball bearings and other things that after 3 weeks should not have happened. When he did work he did an amazing job. Very disappointed.
