Great Robot Vacuum, I am amazed every day by how much it picks up! We had issues with the main brush, so I started using it without it, still worked great, but eventually it just quit working. Called customer support and they were probably the best customer service I have ever received. Since we were still under warranty they paid to have him shipped for repair and not only repaired our Bob but replaced the main brush and side brushes. I thought he was good before, now back to full power I realize how much I've missed it!

I bought it for my wife to help around the house while I was deployed with the military. Easy set up, easy clean up, and out of the way. It’s really helped take away a chore around the house.

It’s ok gets caught on things very easily don’t leave any cords or anything laying around

Save yourself a headache, connecting it to WiFi is a hustle, most of the time appears as offline, and when you put it to charge, it always moves from the charging station and doesn’t charge.

Works great..just push on button, but clear area of electric cords and it cleans floor and returns to cradle..

Once you get on top of the vacuuming this thing is perfect to keep you on top of it.

Excellent addition to our home. Goes over carpet and hardwood. Makes our job a lot easier to keep the house clean with 2 kiddos, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. great customer service as well

Not a fan , have had this for about 4 months and it makes this loud noise when it’s on the charger and after having it for about 7 months it does turn on at all . I didn’t purchase the extra warranty

I love this vacuum because it goes through the Internet and vacuum and mop my floor either or it makes life so much easier

I only used couple times. It won’t charge now. I brought it back to Best Buy, the guy told me I can’t return or exchange a new one. I’m pretty sure it was before my return deadline. I’m really unhappy with the customer service. Now I don’t know what to do. Few hundred dollars robot sitting there. Disappointed!

I own two other robots - one iRobot and one deebot ozmo series. The bob sweep does a fantastic Job of mopping the floors although it does stop every once in a while. Overall I definitely recommend this Bob.

I loved the vacuum. It was easy to put together and use.

Works very well we are surprised at how much dirt it collects each time. It does not always find it's way back to the charger

Works great but minus one star because the dirt chamber is small when compared to the models with the docking station with a dirt transfer chamber

It is very easy to use, you just have to download the application to your phone, it is of excellent quality and does its job very well.
