Worked great on new carpet, tile and wood floors. The rooms which have carpet that is starting to wear it is terrible. I returned because it would only work properly in two rooms of my house, the room with the newest carpeting and wood floor. I would consider purchasing again when I get new carpets.

Does a heck of a job. Maps the room. I just run it twice a week and the bedroom stays spotless, despite two Great Danes. Sleeps happily under my bed

Amazing technology. Amazing help keeping the house clean with 4 kids and a golden retriever. Cleans great and has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Works well for the intended purpose. Only needed to help keep tile floors dust free. Still need to mop occasionally. Gets stuck under the sofa though. Needs to come with more of the no-sweep strips.

Terrible. Bought two because the first one wouldn’t connect to WiFi, the second one doesn’t either so it never learns my home and rams everything when in use. Now I have two units that aren’t worth using at all.

Returned after a week of baby sitting it. But did good at vacuuming but it would easily get lost in the house and would not find the charger.

Bod is very helpful, easy to use, the only thing is that the dogs don't like it, they bark at it all the time.

I really liked Bob ... for the first couple of weeks. It picked up well, ran in lines, and eventually could see the obstacles in front of it and barely bumped into things or got stuck! Then it suddenly stopped docking itself. And when I would set it on the dock, it would be difficult to get it into charge mode. It would either sit there and just not charge. Or it would charge for a little bit and then begin running again when I don't want/need it to.

I have a daycare and as you can imagine there are crumbs EVERYWHERE . This does a wonderful job at getting every area very clean.

Go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning and all dog hair is picked up!! Love it Great for my 2 gigs no more sweeping

I am a new cat owner and I thought I kept the house fairly clean and clear of cat hair. I WAS WRONG! The first 3 runs, I thought I had a new cat that was vacuumed inside. It was so much hair lifted from the floor. This robot got every inch that was exposed and it was interesting to see the progress through the app. Geesh! My friends now ask me if BoB can spend a night with them.....smh. NO. Get your own. I actually caught a great deal on BoB after returning another make and model back that kept getting jammed.

This is the worst robot vacuum. It makes an ominous sound while charging so I asked for a replacement but they charged me for mailing, and now it makes a squiggle sound while vacuuming that I can't stand no more.

Great item to keep up with pet fur in between regular cleanings. A must have at the price when on a deal of the day!

So I bought Bob for our upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately it under performed in carpet. Sad sad sad . I had high hopes. However!!!! I switched and moved my Roomba upstairs and put Bob downstairs on my hardwood floors and it performed perfectly. I might just keep it.. The jury is still out but I will update if possible

Compared to the Roomba that we got on the A site (and quickly returned) this was very pleasant surprise. It picks up the matted hair from our Mini Aussie, although that requires cleaning it out frequently, and it is a nice way to clean our kitchen and carpeted areas also. Very capable and smart, it seems! The price ($300) was amazing for this unit, less than half the usual price! Try it and be glad you did!

Perfect if you have a pet. Picks up all those little hairs that she’d on a daily basis. Easy to program and easy to use.

I have 2 huskies at home and run my bOb all the time. They are back and forth inside and outside all day long. It does a great job of picking up their hair and dirt. I love that this is a slimmer version of the original and they focused on something specific for my pups and it’s controllable by my phone. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Did GREAT with Pet Hair, However after working with BObsweep and my internet provider for 4 days, gave up on trying to pair it with Wi-Fi. Do not know what the problem was. Will say that the pairing process is not simple. It is not as intuitive as it should be.

One of the brushes stopped working within 10 days. I was able to get a replacement from the manufacturer after a couple weeks. Even though we bought it two months ago, we’ve only had a working one for about 2 weeks. It does work but you can’t mark off areas on the app. This thing was too expensive so have soooo many issues of it getting stuck or not working....dying before it can find the charger. And I only use it in about 800 sq ft at the most. I’d need at least 2 for my 1300 sq ft home. Very disappointed! I’ve put off paying extra for the tape that stops it bc honestly I don’t want to waste another dime! I thought the manufacturer would’ve added a roll for the inconvenience it nope!
