You kind of have to baby sit it, it doesn't track where it has been, so it repeats the same area and also gets lost trying to re-dock to charge. So you have to help it out but I use that as an opporturnity to empty it out, since it has a pretty small collection bin and then put it back on the charger.

Did GREAT with Pet Hair, However after working with BObsweep and my internet provider for 4 days, gave up on trying to pair it with Wi-Fi. Do not know what the problem was. Will say that the pairing process is not simple. It is not as intuitive as it should be.

I have 2 huskies at home and run my bOb all the time. They are back and forth inside and outside all day long. It does a great job of picking up their hair and dirt. I love that this is a slimmer version of the original and they focused on something specific for my pups and it’s controllable by my phone. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

One of the brushes stopped working within 10 days. I was able to get a replacement from the manufacturer after a couple weeks. Even though we bought it two months ago, we’ve only had a working one for about 2 weeks. It does work but you can’t mark off areas on the app. This thing was too expensive so have soooo many issues of it getting stuck or not working....dying before it can find the charger. And I only use it in about 800 sq ft at the most. I’d need at least 2 for my 1300 sq ft home. Very disappointed! I’ve put off paying extra for the tape that stops it bc honestly I don’t want to waste another dime! I thought the manufacturer would’ve added a roll for the inconvenience it nope!

Sweeps hardwood and tile floors and vacuums carpets and then mops tile and hardwood floors. And i dont have to anymore!!!

Great product, very smart, user friendly. A few issues with the sweepers being too long and not study enough but over all, it gets the job done!

Awful product. The bObsweep swept poorly. The app did not work. The Geek Squad TotalTech people could not overcome the problem and neither could the bObsweep tech support person.

Only been using a week. Picks up fairly well. But already beginning to make unusual noise like a gear or wheel is rubbing. Hopefully will be ok.

We love the robot. It does a great job. The only drawback is does not remember the map every time.

This is my first robot vacuum cleaner and I am really happy to have one. Its simple in use and good for cleaning.

The first time that I used it, I had to remove the trash dispenser after 15 minutes of use because of all the cat hair that it had picked up. I am very happy with my purchase. It does exactly what it says it will do. I also love the fact that I can schedule the times when it cleans and I can see a map of where it has gone around my house by using the app on my phone. And if there’s ever anything wrong, the app will tell me exactly where the problem is.

Have had it for about a month now in it is incredible. It has a problem with getting up on tall rugs the reason I don't give it a 5.

It was a gift so not sure how well it works at this time. See how long it lasts so a little soon to know it is is a good model.
