A: Answering my own question. Turns out that the dust bin is only one of several parts that can get plugged or jammed with debris, or in this case dog hair. The roller bar, which comes out very easily for cleaning, is the primary culprit, with the dust filter assembly also due for frequent cleaning. The vacuum itself does work for about 2 hours on a charge, but cleaning is necessary, at least in our big house, several times during use. Runs well and does a fine job!
A: It does bump up against some surfaces, but very lightly - not enough to do any damage.
Q: How do I open up the AP. I have a new Bobsweep and I don't know how to use the AP
A: First go to App Store and download the app, then add your robot and follow the instructions on the screen. It’s not hard at all. I was able to connect and been using it for about a month.
A: Nope. There is a model by the same manufacturer that does mop but I cannot think of the model right now. It is on BB!
Q: Will this do multi surfaces?
A: Yes. Glides easily from hardwood or tile to carpet..
Q: Does complete how many bedrooms and square feet on a set. Does clean how many room for per hour.
A: I only have him clean 3 rooms.
