Gets stuck under counters and coffee table constan

In order for this not to get stuck I'd have to install molding under the perimeter of the cabinets to keep it from going under it. It's the perfect size to just barely get under the cabinets but then not be able to rotate out from under them. I was hoping that a software update of some kind would help with this and i haven't seen it come through yet. I've had it for quite a while. If it was a bit shorter or taller this wouldn't happen. Maybe an update will come through eventually.

Not very good

We had 1 minor issue with the collection bin being broken upon opening. Carlo at customer service shipped out a new bin right away. Carlo at bObsweep has been awesome providing tips on how to make the vacuum function exactly how we want it to! The customer service is top notch!

Trouble with longer hair

Waste of Money

Its worthless it hardly grabs signal to map out the one story home. It is very diffulcult to find the prongs to charge. I have to constantly pick up the device when it gets stuck or just stops out of nowhere. There is an app for the device but its outa date. DO NOT BUY

disappointed in the Bobsweep Pet Vision
