Gets stuck on the carper and couches sometimes and does not map the areas

Love how i just turn it on and it gets every nook and cranny. Has a sleek and futuristic look. And when i had my battery go out customer service was very helpfull in getting me another one free of charge.

Although it requires more of a wifi signal than my current provider, it is able to clean with a touch of my finger. it is very thorough with its pattern and slim enough to get under a lot of furniture. Very happy with this purchase.

Great! I love my bob so much I bought one for my sister and a friend as Christmas gifts when they were on sale. Got them for about $200 each and it is well worth it. Would not pay several hundred more for it though.

I purchased this item with high hopes after reading the reviews. Sadly, I was let down. This vacuum would not dock to recharge. I read though The manual and quick start guide with no solution. My hunch is these units came with defective charge ports. Also the Best Buy rep stated she noticed multiple people retuning these vacuums for similar reasons. This can’t be an isolated case.

we bought this after installing vinyl floors. it works great except when i gets trapped under the couch, or on a loose cord, but that is our fault, i think it works great and was a good value when on sale.

Returned… never got to see used. It was for a Christmas gift but arrived too late.

This does exactly what I expected. Picks fur up along with other things in the rugs. Still misses things that a regular vac would get but is great at what it does. Not a deep clean just great everyday

Great price and product. Replaced an older competitor’s brand. Very satisfied with my purchase. Miss the control towers that block device access to rooms. Not available on this model.

This robot vacuum works really well and has an app for it. The battery lasted for several hours and cleaned the whole house on 1 charge. I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Not so good, weak suction power and can transitiin from hardwood to carpet.

Does not clean well... the battery runs out fast everytime

Cleans very good and saves me lots of time. Only thing is these robots never find its charging station. Anyway it’s not big deal because vacuum is for cleaning right?

Didn’t even work for a week. We have been trying to get it to charge on the charging station and it won’t connect. Tried everything possible to get it to charge but nothing. Had multiple problems going over area rugs when it was working. Would not buy again.

There is a huge difference in sound suppression and cleaning quality between the models. Suggestion is to "hear" the different robots before purchasing.

Worked great on new carpet, tile and wood floors. The rooms which have carpet that is starting to wear it is terrible. I returned because it would only work properly in two rooms of my house, the room with the newest carpeting and wood floor. I would consider purchasing again when I get new carpets.

We are happy with this product. It does a good job of picking up dog hair and is great at circling around under things and finding it’s way back out.

Does a heck of a job. Maps the room. I just run it twice a week and the bedroom stays spotless, despite two Great Danes. Sleeps happily under my bed

It works great!!!!keeps the house clean and has a great power.Will recommend it to everyone!!!

This thing is horrible. Could never find it’s charging station. Would wake up in the morning and have to play Hide and Go Seak. Trash. I returned it 2 days later and got the iRobot roomba for the same price. Soooooo much better.
