You get what you pay for

The bumper was constantly getting stuck in. After a software update it would sometimes just spin in place for about a minute. One time it made many passes on the same pattern. It went from spot A to spot B to spot C, then back to B and A. Then it repeated the whole pattern over again. I submitted a service ticket, and they were willing to help, but it took a bit of time between each response. I finally gave up and returned the vacuum.
