Great while it was connected to WiFi. Easy initially to connect but Got disconnected and could not get to reconnect even with Customer Service advice and instructions. Software App not as good as top robotic vacuum on the market. Easy to compare when we have one of them already.

Mapping Function is Absolutely Useless Cant Block Zones etc, The Dust bin is Small Maybe Good for a Small Apartment

Doesn’t connect to WiFi. I made the mistake of buying a second one thinking the first was just a bad unit, but neither work. Please be warned! Customer service from the manufacturer is non existent. I have tried multiple times to contact the manufacturer with no success.

I got this vacuum on a deal of the day for $199 and still returned it. It frequently got stuck on the carpet and in corners in general. The beater bars got clogged up with only a small amount of hair and required cleaning multiple times per run. In comparison, I also have a Roomba 960 and this $899 retail for this one hardly compares. Save yourself time and don’t buy this one at any price. Get a Roomba instead.

Vision was more like blind. Could not make it around the house. Returned to store

I was so excited to get a Bobsweep but what a disappointment..the first time I used it, it had problems with it Bumpers..I've tried to contact Bobsweep several times but no reply..I cannot get it to work so I'm going to return it

It came on but wouldn’t move. Sounded like it was trying to but it wouldn’t. Then it went off and we couldn’t get it to come back on. We did everything directions said to and we even called the help number. The unit was just defected. Easy return with Best Buy was very nice though.

Unit did not work. Would drive in a straight line, over the same spot then act like it was picked up and moved, would proceed to move to the spot it should've been at and go in a straight line over the same spot again. My neto had no issues and was cheaper.

Terrible. Bought two because the first one wouldn’t connect to WiFi, the second one doesn’t either so it never learns my home and rams everything when in use. Now I have two units that aren’t worth using at all.

This Bob PetHair Vision, it only works with 2.4G wireless networks. I have 5G This is not disclosed n the data advertising the product, only when you try to have it work you find this out.

Did not work at all. Moved about 6 inches fully charged and stopped. It was as if it didn’t know what to do. It definitely didn’t pick up anything.

Was not impressed with this machine. It kept going around in circles and did not pick up the animal hair.

Keeps on getting stock under couch . Doesn't pick up as well as o thought it would.

No no no. Always on sale every few weeks and bad reviews. Not smart machine at all. Save for an iRobot, returned this bad boy instantly.
