Easy initially to connect but Got disconnected and could not get to reconnect even with Customer Service advice and instructions. Software App not as good as top robotic vacuum on the market. Easy to compare when we have one of them already.

Do not buy if you need it to work

I made the mistake of buying a second one thinking the first was just a bad unit, but neither work. Please be warned! Customer service from the manufacturer is non existent. I have tried multiple times to contact the manufacturer with no success.

Can’t really review much

Sounded like it was trying to but it wouldn’t. Then it went off and we couldn’t get it to come back on. We did everything directions said to and we even called the help number. The unit was just defected. Easy return with Best Buy was very nice though.

I have 5G This is not disclosed n the data advertising the product, only when you try to have it work you find this out.
