Bobsweeop customer service has been great - the first machine we received worked o.k. at the start however it would never find it's base and then it stopped working all together. We contacted support and they took the machine back to run dianostics on it. We were sent a new one and this one has been working great! It cleans for a long time, getting almost our entire 2,600 sq. feet home and finds it's base when it needs to charge. It has been so helpful to keep up with the dog hair!

This vacuum is not only quieter than previous robot vacuums I have owned, it is also more efficient! I LOVE that I can turn the vacuum on/off from an app in my phone as well as see exactly where within my home it has cleaned/not cleaned. The Wi-Fi connectivity makes this robot vacuum A DREAM to operate and I also find it fantastic that there are mopping attachments available for purchase if you wanted to utilize the mopping feature!

We have been using bObsweep Vision everyday and i'm so impressed with how well it cleans our floors. The house has been noticeably cleaner and I love how it maps our entire house to know exactly where to go! Also it doesn't fall down the stairs1

I received this as a gift in December and began to use it right away. I love it. I have 2 cats and dogs. I love being able to turn it on daily to get to work while I am able to do other things.

Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Even works on thick rug. Gets stuck every once in a while, but cleans really well and knows where it hasn't been.

My Bob was a Christmas gift last year so I have had it for 11 months. This is a good product at a fair price. Bob does a good sweep, few problems and the customer support department is great!

I used to have the original model of the bObsweep and I loved it. But I recently upgraded because it was time. My dog likes to spend time outside and whenever she came back into the house she would drag with her bark from our yard. It became an issue when our baby started crawling and tried to check on the pieces of bark. The new bObsweep takes care of that and my dog's hair and I don't have to worry about my baby crawling around and acting like a vacuum herself. I love bObsweep and if you are playing with the idea of getting one, I would get this model as it will allow you to create a roadmap for your vacuum's path from your phone.

just got a puppy and he is shedding all over the place. I am really happy i have purchased this because it’s helping me clean up my rugs from sheds.

I have 3 dogs, and 2 kids , in a 2 story house. I bought the roomba 900 series a year ago for downstairs and absolutely love it. It was so good that I almost bought the second one For upstairs but I came across this one at only $300 so I thought to try it at half the Roomba's price. It did not disappoint. These 2 robots were the most necessary gadgets I have bought in years.

Once I let bob do his thing I came back home with him fully charged and it on the charger. Did a very good job picking up the dogs hair and any other small garbage. I like to come home with a vacuumed house and bob is able to do this.

Got the Bobsweep several weeks ago and it works fantastic, even when I did have trouble with it when it lost connection to the wifi the support staff was very friendly and helpful, would definately recommend

Not effective. Vacuum cleaning my floor for hours dirt still on the floor

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Charged it up and was ready to watch it go to work. Paired to the app and wifi briefly and then couldn't get it to pair again. Tried the manual mode and it kept stopping for no apparent reason. Very disappointed in this thing.

Works well, does deep cleaning. Great customer service available through smartphone application. Would recommend this product!

The app that comes with this is terrible. It doesn’t save the layout of your house so you have no idea what it cleaned and where it didn’t.
