My husband loves the fact that is works with wifi & even fits under the legs of our very low dining chairs. Unfortunately with so much dog fur the small bin has to be emptied quite often.

Love this vaccum finds its dock, can go over uneven surfaces (like area rug borders). Wish I could schedule it more than once per day. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase

Appears to do a good job. I live in a large home and I have had to put two units to work to cover the whole house in one charge. Overall pleased and would recommend to others.

You kind of have to baby sit it, it doesn't track where it has been, so it repeats the same area and also gets lost trying to re-dock to charge. So you have to help it out but I use that as an opporturnity to empty it out, since it has a pretty small collection bin and then put it back on the charger.

WE LOVE BOB! Yes, we call it Bob... But why does Bob have a female voice???
Actually it will not connect to wifi, but that's not really needed, Bob wanders around ok himself, cleaning up the floors. He does occasionally jam himself under edge of frig and that shuts him off. Maybe in future make those two buttons recessed so that can't happen. PS. He's been happily sweeping up pet hair for over a year, which is truly amazing.

The suction was good. It kept getting stuck under things so I returned it. I would purchase again if it had sensors to keep it out of certain areas.

Bob is pretty good. I have a black lab/pit mix that sheds constantly. Bob has to be emptied after every run (which is why its only 4 star review) and Bob gets the occasional charger cord which roomba has too. Even the customer service for Bob is top notch I had a dustbin issue and they replaced quickly and free of charge.

Needs mapping improvement

Bob is my new bff. Only thing I would change is the mapping. It shows you what it's already covered each time you turn it on. Other robots use mapping in more of a select the area you want covered way. I expected to be able to open the app click just cover the kitchen and it would go right there, not the case. You turn on the app and about an hour later you can open the app and see if it made it to the kitchen yet. Ooh if it gets tripped up on something the map resets and it cant find its way back to the base.

Scheduling is great and it does a really good job most of the time. But I think our place has way too much hair (husky and a lot a long haired people) and obstacles (constantly moving stools and bean bags) that it usually fills up or gets stuck before completion. Got it for about half of normal list price and for that I think it is a good value, but would be disappointed at full price.
One tip, when trying to connect to it the first time I had to disable the 5ghz band on the router, it must be paired on 2.4 ghz

Bob and I have not gotten along since I connected him to WiFi and his first sweep. Even though I got him for a third of the actual price at bestbuy I still don't think the value is even close.
We have a 2500sqft first floor which is mostly hard wood with some scattered rugs here and there. We bought this because we thought it would be a good way to keep up on the dog fur from our two chows. It probably would have worked if bOb were just a tad smarter and could stop getting stuck and ripping the ears off of the dog toys or getting stuck under the furniture. I actually felt bad for the little guy at points. I am working from home but can hear him banging around under the chairs unable to figure out how to get out. Or I would hear him jam under something and start straining his motors and then beep loudly to let me know he is having issues. Actually couldn't find him once but knew he was in trouble somewhere.
Also, he has a lot of trouble finding home. I have yet to see him actually make so end up carrying him over every time before the battery dies completely and he is stuck in some dark corner of the house. He was in the hallway behind my office door and the battery became low so he wanted to go to the charger. I heard him banging around a bit in the hall and then finally made it into my room for a little more banging around under chairs but eventually made it out the other side. This was a good thing until he went the complete opposite way from the charge point. Next thing I hear is bobby banging around under the kitchen island chairs again. At this point I couldn't take it anymore. Started calling him Bobby in an English accent (because it just sounds funny). Yelling at him "Oh Bobby....just go home" . Bobby appeared to be lost so I again helped him back and put him on the charger. At which point he backed out and started going toward the chairs again. There is definitely something wrong with BoBby.
So we had a falling out and he is back in the box and going back to Bestbuy.
I'm convinced that bobby is the reason robots have not taken over the planet!

A great robo vac + amazing customer service

This is the first robot vacuum I've owned. After researching quite a bit, this brand stuck out based on positive feedback about their PetHair Vision lineup and stellar customer service. After losing a key part for the main brush, I emailed bObsweep customer service and they sent me a brand new main brush completely free of charge (normally costs $30). If you're gonna spend a few hundred dollars, it's well worth it knowing bObsweep will help you if anything goes wrong.
As for the vacuum itself, it's a pretty great gadget to have around my apartment. It's not perfect, and unfortunately has a habit of getting caught in random spots when I run it, so I generally need to be home when I run it to restart it whenever that happens.
The app works flawlessly so I can use the remote start features and see where bOb has swept, but again, this feature is unfortunately not practical since the vacuum tends to stop/get stuck mid-cleaning and I need to manually give it a nudge and reset it.
With some fine-tuning, I really think this would be the best robot vacuum for the money. Overall, I'm satisfied with this as my first robot vac, and will definitely be keeping an eye on newer models that bObsweep releases.

We love Bob. I have 3 Visions and have had 2 Pethair Plus's. The vision is a huge upgrade. The battery lasts more than 90 minutes, the profile is smaller so it fits under all furniture, the app and Alexa integration make it simple to use. I've tried many of the different robots and this is by far the best one.

Does a good job but gets stuck under our couch frequently. We have to pickup and move floor rugs and power cords to keep them from being an issue. Has a mop function but have never used it as it seems more trouble than just breaking out the swiffer. Not sure it would work on carpet but does on hard floors with exceptions I’ve mentioned. Sometimes it gets confused on where it is and can’t find its way back to charger. My wife broke the debri tray the first time she cleaned it. You do need to clean the wheels and side brushes. We rarely use it since we purchased due to all the pre work to prevent it getting stuck.

Got this in preparation for the new puppy we were expecting. It works very well cleaning our carpet unattended while we tend to our new puppy. Its even fun to watch as it navigates well around our furniture. And goes back on its own to recharge when it's battery gets low after cleaning for about 90 minutes.
