It does the job and for the price i really can't complain

We purchased our Bob when it was on sale. It was well packaged and was very easy to set up, easy to use, and has a user friendly instruction manual. Bob does a decent job cleaning on a day to day basis. He seems a little unorganized at times and doesn’t always make it through the whole downstairs and will often repeat the same section several times. Bob also has a hard time finding his way back to the charging station and will get stuck when the hard wood floor transitions to the area rug or on the sliding door track. For these reasons I feel like we need to be around when he is in use. The unit is easy to get the hair tangles out of by removing and replacing the brush heads and the dust bin is easy to empty. Again, the instruction manual is very easy to read and understand and the unit itself is very easy to use. Unfortunately, our Bob quit working after 6 months. But no worries, the customer service department was excellent. They paid for all shipping charges to ship our Bob to their hospital. They thoroughly checked our Bob out and determined that he needed to be replaced. They replaced our Bob with a brand new Bob. Customer service was excellent at walking us through each step and keeping in constant contact with us. Customer service gets 5 stars and that is worth something these days! The bottom line, Bob helps me not to have to vacuum every day. But for clean floors, I still have to get my real vacuum out and do the job myself at least once a week. I do like that Bob can fit under furniture that my regular vacuum cannot. So paired together it is a perfect combination. Bob is less expensive than some other robot vacuums on the market. I wish Bob’s navigation worked a little better and that he didn’t repeat areas over and over. But overall, for the price, I am happy with Bob’s performance and very pleased with customer service.

The bObsweep robot vacuum cleaner is efficient in navigating spaces while cleaning. It is not noisy.

Very nice , easy to clean my house , when I’m working

Clean hardwood floors great. It gets stuck on even the lowest pile rug. Has died several times in the middle of the floor and has only made it back to its home base 1/4 of the time doesn’t follow prompts on the remote at all. The timer worked for about two weeks and then just quit. Had to send it back to the manufacturer

I have to admit, I had very low expectations for this little guy but I am absolutely impressed. Our bedrooms, living-rooms, and bathrooms are laminated or hardwood floors and our kitchen is tile. It transitions great from one section to another. We have rugs in some places and even a padded one in the kitchen in front of the sink area and it does a fantastic job. I wish I had purchased 2 when they were on sale so I wouldn't have to carry it upstairs to do the upstairs, but first world problems. The only reason it's not a 5 star review it's because the darn thing just can't seem to find it's charging station unless it's within 5ft from it. So when it's out and about cleaning bedrooms or other sections of the house, it can't find it's way back to the charging stating. It has to either be guided with the remote or just picked up and placed manually.

We really like our Bobsweep except for the fact he keeps getting stuck under our couch. I was hoping that it would learn after a few tries. Cleaning the unit is easy and it has a nice long charge. It does pick up quite a bit of dog hair and surprisingly keeps the house pretty tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Pro- easy set up. Easy to clean the bin afterwards. Navigates ceramic floor, area rugs, and carpet. Cleans under sofa and beds. Can be controlled by a remote. Bought at a great price. Con - no off button. No programming, so cleans every day. Sometimes cleans the same area over and over and doesn’t clean the whole place. Tendency to get stuck under things like recliners and chairs. It’s round so doesn’t clean corners well.

I have had bOb for about 6 months now and he is a great addition. As per some of the other reviews, he is a bit noisy when he is running but you get used to it so I don’t consider it a big deal. I haven’t had any trouble for the most part except one of the wheels seized up. I contacted support and they sent a new wheel out fairly quickly as it was still under warranty. I was able to install the new wheel with their helpful videos on their website. I run bOb everyday and I can’t believe how much stuff he picks up. Got the Pro version on sale and it’s been worth it.

I've never used the higher end, more expensive robo vacs, so I cannot compare. I bought this on sale and would definitely recommend it. It does a great job. We have a dog who sheds quite a bit all year long, two women with long hair, hard wood, tile, and various pile area rugs - it moves from one to the other with no problem even thought there is height difference. Pros: Price, works well, easy to use. Advice: run it daily or every other day to avoid it getting clogged. Cons: does not work well on my bedroom wall to wall carpet because it gets clogged with people and pet hair. May work if I vacuumed first and then ran it daily.

So far so good. I've had it for almost week now. It can get stuck under the couch or table if its a bit snug. It gets in but has trouble getting out. It easily manages rugs on wood floors. It does not fall down steps. Does a good job with crumbs and stores nicely. Make sure to charge it overnight before using.

I was skeptical at first, but after giving bobsweep a try I fell in love. I used to have a Roomba and this is way better. The Roomba was so loud and kept hitting furniture and making so much noise I never turned it on when I was in the house. But bobsweep is quiet and doesn't knock into furniture. It will sense when it's getting close to an object and slow down and stop so it doesn't hit anything. And it does a great job cleaning. I'm very happy.

My wife said that it was easy to set up. It does get dirt from cracks, multiple surfaces, and even raises one end to get into unique areas. It has got stuck under the refrigerator and when Stopped when it got tangled in a lamp cord. Does well in less cluttered areas and really picks up everything.

We've had Bob for 2. 5 years and I thought I got a killer deal when it was on sale - I was right. We didn't use it for the first 2 years because it kept turning off and flashing red lights.... I was mad! But then I looked up the troubleshooting video on YouTube and it explains what the lights mean by the number of times it flashes. One I learned what it meant, I realized it just had too much hair in the wheels (3 dogs) or the sensors were dirty, etc.... I schedule it to run, and i run it multiple times a day on top of that. Each time the dirty bin is full. It works hard! It learns your house in just a few cycles. It did get stuck under things like the recliner or the cupboards, but it learns to avoid the obstacles. The best part is that when it's about to die, the suction on the vacuum turns off and it returns to the charging station by itself. It's amazing! I think in a few months I'm going to splurge and buy the Bob vacuum and mop combination. It's made our lives so much easier. I know this is a long post, but this is one of the best deals and purchases I've ever made.

I bought my Bob in April 2020 and I must say I love it! Kinda disappointed seeing the negative reviews and bad experiences some have had but my experience is completely positive! I have a dog and a cat and 4 children so you can imagine how much this came in handy! I have set it up to clean at 1am while everyone is asleep and we don't hear a thing! I wake up to clean floors. It sweeps all downstairs without any issues. I just have to make sure to pick up any the toys on the floor or anything that will clog up the bristles. I clean it once a week and its super easy. Takes me about 3 minutes to dust it and empty the part where trash is collected. A couple of weeks ago, one of the wheels got jammed, most likely because of hair or fur stuck in there and customer service was excellent! Sent me a shipping label to ship it back and it was returned to me brand new ready to sweep again within a week! it comes with extra brushes, tools to screw/unscrew the screws and brushes to clean it as well as a new filter. I love my Bob!

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. I got it on a deal of the day from BBY so am glad I paid the price I did. It is a pretty basic robotic vacuum, but my first of its kind. I am impressed (and equally disgusted, because, wow) with how much dirt it captures. I have 2 dogs, a cat and 2 kids. It goes pretty well from rug to hardwood. I like that I can set it to run at a certain time. It is much quieter than my regular vacuum but when it's running it's definitely not super quiet. Knocking off one star due to - it seems to get stuck and then just shut off. Not sure if it's running out of battery or what but then I have to find it and return it to the charger. If I were to buy another robot vacuum I'd seriously consider one with an app so I could track where it is and have some more customizing, and I'd love to be able to run it and stop it when I'm not there.

I love that it picks up so much dust, I clean it out every day and every day a lot of dust bunnies get picked up. I don’t have a big place and not cluttered so it does what it does fast. Picks up hair, dog hair Pretty good too. It could also get Toddler socks sucked in so check it regularly. The only bad thing is that when it bumps on walls it sounds loud. So don’t program it after midnight.

I don't write reviews unless completely necessary. Bob is a life changer, i have a big family and small home so traffic is high everywhere. I use it only when kids are asleep or out of the house. It is pretty noisy, but it's worth it. Now, my bob broke because it got entangled in some strings, or similar. The spinning wheel(vacuum) is pretty fragile so that's something to look out for. i did get accidental protection on it so i will be having to use it. Bobsweep works pretty hard in my house, everyday sometimes two times a day, but i do have only would floors on my first floor so it might be easier for bob to sweep. I have used it on carpeting in my kids room and it still did its job, but like i said all items you wouldn't regularly vacuum have to be off the ground.
