It's not too loud at all we have 3 large dogs so its alot of hair and what it doesn't pick up it has in tiny little spots for you to easily grab it it leaves behind.

I bought this as a gift for my sister who recently had a baby and she loves it. She says it’s the best gift she’s gotten because she can set the vacuum and just let it work. It does a good job on the floors in her house and she doesn’t have to worry about manually vacuuming or sweeping the floors any longer. Now I wish I would have gotten one for myself as well.

I’ve had Bob for 6 months and I’m very happy with my purchase, he does a great job on his scheduled cleanings. I really love that he gets under the tables, sofa and chairs too. Occasionally he gets stuck but he resumes his chore promptly when his button is pushed. I did have one wheel motor stop working so I ordered a replacement from his website. The very next day I received an email from Carlo saying my purchased was covered under the warranty and I would receive a refund. Who does that anymore? The replacement wheel worked perfectly, I did get a refund for the wheel, and I am as happy as can be with Bob.

My wife requested I order this product which I did with strong trepidation. Well this product well exceeded my expectations in performance and simplicity. Just find a space to dock the charger. Let it charge 24 hrs and let it go. This one come with a remote but newer models have WiFi/app capability.

Bob is my little helper and he’s good at what he does on a daily. We have two cats and Bob is great picking up all the fur and dust on carpet and bare floors. He’s low profile, gets under tables, chairs and couches. It comes with a remote control and features auto cleaning on schedule. Don’t forget to pick up and cords, cables, hair ties and anything that you don’t want getting tangled up in the wheels or brushes. I am happy with this purchase.
