Works great and is well built and sturdy. Appears to learn especially schedules. Battery life is great. Only minor negative It has got lost just a couple times returning to home and has a small collector but as long as you clean out regularly you are good to go! Amazed at how well this thing picks up dog hair!

This does a very good job. We schedule it to go off every night at midnight. You will hear it if you have a small living space. I have a fan on all the time when sleeping which drowns out the noise. I empty it after every use which is very easy to do. Best Buy deal of the day at $150! Can’t beat that.

We love “Bob”. He does his job and is at a no-frills price point. Ours is gold, so he’s doesn’t look like a big black puck in the room. His lower clearance height enables him to get under more furniture than other more expensive models. No robotic vac that I know of cleans baseboards and corners perfectly, so it won’t replace the need to sweep and mop on occasion, but no biggie. I’ve found the dust and dirt reservoir isn’t that big, but I’d rather have that smaller so the unit has better clearance. It’s better on tile and hardwood floors. I still use the trusty vacuum for large area rugs and carpeted rooms.

I purchased this because it was drastically discounted like 70% off regular price and was excited to be able to finally afford one. This has been nothing but a disappointment and a severe waste of my time. I have given this thing over 2 weeks and multiple tries to do a basic cleaning and it has failed every time. First it will not transition from hardwood to the carpet or even over a throw run in the main room. It simply can’t go over even the slightest bump or difference in height. I mean the smallest and it gets hung up and then just shuts off. Second, this thing can not navigate around table legs at all. A simple thing and it gets confused constantly. It will go back and forth in the same spot hitting the legs over and over until it either freezes and shuts down or the battery drains. Third trying to set it to clean by itself is completely useless. It never has even come close to finishing even 1 room. And when I’m not there it just gets stuck and then dies. Absolute waste of my time, money and lots of frustration. This is only good if you have a large square empty space. I honestly can’t believe they were charging $800 for this at one point. Returned and refunded. I’ve heard that the romba is supposed to be far superior. If you can’t afford a good one don’t waste your money on this brand at all. Either save up for another brand or go without.

I bought the bObsweep as my first robotic vacuum after a lot of research online about robotic vacuums. I wanted a robot that did nice lines, not the spaghetti look that other robots leave behind. This robot leaves EXCELLENT clean lines that allow users to see where it has been. It is easy to clean the brush as all the pieces disassemble and pull off to remove hair. I dislike how I must use a screwdriver to check the front brushes for hair. I do not have any pets, but my daughter and I have long hair. I check this every-other run. The dust bin was full the first two times I ran it, but after that it is only about 1/3 full every day. Bob is slightly less volume than a handheld vacuum when it is running. He will try to go over small poles on the ground (like the legs of a keyboard piano) and takes transitions like a champ. He gets confused on my anti-fatigue comfort mats by my stove and sink. We use Bob on mostly carpet upstairs. He does not get close to his charging base or the walls. You have to set him to do the edges, which I’m ok with. He goes under the bed and does not suck up socks (I didn’t realize I had one fall under the bed). He gets stuck under my dresser that has a weird angle, but it’s avoidable by placing a shoe there. Sometimes Bob will focus on a room TOO much, and I’ll use the remote to scoot him along. I ended up having a problem within the first 30 days of owning Bob. The front brushes that spin stopped working and I could not get them back on, even after checking them. So, I called customer service. Let me tell you, they are so awesome and professional. They listened to me tell them what problems I was having, asked me a few questions, and then sent me a NEW BOB! The conversation took about 30 minutes or less, and it was mainly long because the representative was explaining the process of returning the old Bob. Wow. After the new one came, the representative even emailed to make sure Bob was working! YES! I think the customer service and care they take with their customers is amazing. I’ve called again with troubleshooting, and they are really awesome.

this little dynamo is a hard worker, but it seems to get lost, it doe'st seem to have any rim or reason as to were its going next, it just kind of wonders around, but it does pick up dirt, big stuff no, but for what i paid, i'll keep it!

I was skeptical at first, while reading some news about people not being able to use it on their carpets. Given the good price I was getting on that day , I bought it anyway. I tried on my carpets and it works perfectly fine! It does everything that is required of it, and cleans better than conventional vacuum in my opinion. However, I agree with one of the comments that it might get tired sometimes and start looking for charging port even when it should be fully charged, happened to me once. Also I wish it had wifi capabilities and could be used with Alexa/google nest, however I don’t think it has it (or at least I haven’t seen or read about it yet)

It picks up slot on my bare floors but I can’t tell it where not to go. It only has a few functions. No phone app to map out a course

I'm really unhappy with this item. It's loud, it won't start with the remote, has a low battery life, keeps getting stuck in areas, and misses areas of cleaning. If I could, I would return it. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try it more than once during the 15-day return period so I guess we are stuck with it.

I was skeptical after watching a knockoff do poorly time after time, but, with a half-off sale I figured it might be worth trying a name brand. Surprise-surprise! It works very well! After a couple passes through the area it remembers the cleaning pattern quite well. It picks up all the cat hair on hard surfaces, but, the bin fills quickly. It does not so as well on carpets and rugs. While it navigates well on low and medium height rugs, it does get hung up on one corner and occasionally requires a manual retrieval. All in all, it’s a good buy for me.

We've been wanting to purchase one of these for a while. When this went on sale, we read the reviews and took the plunge. The first time it ran (we charged it overnight first), it went straight out and cleaned a 5x5 foot area about 5 times, then spun in a few circles and stopped (with the orange 'error' light). I figured it was learning the house, so I started it up again. This time it went another way, and got stuck in a pretty open place. We tried multiple times a day for a week. Not once did it finish a cycle - every time it stopped somewhere - usually in the middle of the room. A few times it went out in a straight line, hit a wall (about 10 feet in front of it, spun a few times, and stopped. Bottom line, if I can't count on it to ever finish a cycle, I can't trust it to run when I'm sleeping or gone. I understand that we might have had to rearrange furniture, pick up stray socks, et cetera, but it never even made it through a completely open room to test its limits. I will say that when it did run, it did pretty well. It set a nice track, and cleaned well. If it kept going, it might be a good unit. Sorry, but it's going back to the store. Glad it works for some folks, but this is not for me.

Super easy to use, our floors are free of crumbs and dog hair everyday, but only issue is that he sometimes gets stuck and has trouble finding his base to charge.

Got this on Deal of the Day, well worth the discounted price, not the original sticker price though. Work very well so far! It is nice to have a little robot floor cleaner!

Vacuum is very good-we have too many tables, chairs, etc. and Bob spends a lot of time bumping into, out of, around them. Very good on rooms with open floorspace.

Got this at a heavy discounted price, very good vacuum, only issue is with mats.i have a mat in bathroom 8 times out 10. I'll find it stuck on a corner of the mat dead.

Works good, does good job. Don’t watch it . It made me crazy it appears that it lost it is not. But it does get the job done 500$ less than the popular one.

Got this vacuum on sale for $150 which was a great deal. It does a good job but definitely misses spots and gets stuck a lot. Overall a good purchase.

This vacuum is incredible. We got it with the deal of the day and it works perfectly. Only issue is if you have a shag carpet rug. It thinks it can get onto it but it gets stuck. We just fold the sides in and there’s no problems. Our house has never been this clean all the time. First couple times cleaning make sure to empty the dustbin frequently. Would highly recommend a bobsweep!

The bObsweep pro is an excellent affordable robot vacuum. Does a phenomenal job on pet hair, carpet and hard floors. Goes over the designated area multiple times before completing its task. One of its impressive features is that BobSweep alerts you to a problem, blinks a number of blinks, count the blinks. look up the service needed in the manual and perform the easy needed fix and the unit is good to continue.
