I purchaed this on Best buy deal of the day. I was excited to see what a robot vacuum was capable of. I must say I was impressed on the performance. However, after several weeks of use I have noticed that the noise the vacuum makes seems to get louder. I generally clean the vacuum once a week to optimize suction power. Bobsweep does a good job and has enough battery to last almost 2 hours of cleaning! Lately, it has been frustrating to hear beeps and red rings flashing when bob gets stuck on my thick living room carpet. The remote doesn't always stay paired with the vacuum. This can also be frustrating when it resets its normally scheduled time to vacuum and starts vacuuming in the middle of the night. All and all, I believe it is a great purchase for the deal of the day price. I hope to own a more intelligent robot vacuum in the future that will clean more efficiently!

Got this on sale great value for this robo vaccum cleans and mops good.

Just getting used to it but it is doing a great job. Gets hung up on the same places so I need to fix that myself. Very happy with it.

It seems to be working fine, but has difficulty hopping up onto area rugs. The vacuum itself picks up quite well.

I bought this because it was on sale for $229, and I thought...okay its cheap, how good can it be. When it arrived, it felt okay in terms of quality. But it cleans really well! It doesn't bump into things, its not super loud, and it leaves my chords alone (mostly). I give it a solid A, considering the price. Im sure there are better ones out there, but they cost around $600-$800. This is a good value

Kept it one week too long, missed return-by date. Have had a gold one a few years and love it, runs great. Decided to buy another, same model, on sale so could have one on each floor. This silver one has issues with 1) operating on carpet, keeps stopping and displaying code for dirty main brush, which is clean, 2) will repeat the same path back/forth for a dozen times, 3) often does not find its way back to base and 4) will not start cleaning on timer mode two consecutive days. Runs ok on downstairs hardwood floors and area rugs, so not a complete loss.

This thing is awesome. I’m always surprised how much it picks up. Best for me living in an area that doesn’t have WIFI its good to have a robot vacuum that doesn’t need it to work. If I have one complaint it would be when it’s done it’s job it takes awhile to find its charger. It always does just sometimes takes a bit of bumping and wheeling around for it to find it’s home.

Bought this as a "Deal of the Day" and for the price I cant complain. He picks up dust and dirt and does what it says he will do. But..you can't control him from your phone and he kind of wanders aimlessly. But we dont mind the extra help. He doesn't work well on thick shag-like carpets but most of our home is harwood and tile, which he seems to work flawlessly on.

Gets stuck on the carpet a lot other then that it does vacuum pretty good.

Bob is a good little vacuum sweeper. Not complicated, he runs by remote control instead of an app. Easy to steer by remote, which is good because he occasionally gets stuck doing the same place over and over. Loses 1 star because there is no app or visual mapping. But, he has ALWAYS found his way back to his base (he is the only one of my 4 cleaning robots that I can say that about)!

I bought this for when I get my new flooring, so I haven't used it too much. It was on sale and I grabbed it while I could. I have 3 dogs, and it seems to pick up the dog hair pretty well. I'm still trying to get it to "map" out my rooms and it seems like it has a little bit of a problem finding its home. I will work with it a little more before I decide if I love it or not.

It's a great economical robot vacuum, but it is lacking some of the extra bells and whistles of much more expensive models. I got Bob as a present for my mom, intending to save her the energy exertion of regular vacuuming. She loves it, and it does just what I'd hoped. Plus I got to try out a robot vacuum myself before committing to one. I am a bit more of a tech nerd than her, and would want mobile app control, and many of the other available fancy, yet really unnecessary features. This does its job well, the remote is easy to use, it's easy to select the type of cleaning you want, and is just a great little machine. It has good options that are clearly available using the remote. You can schedule cleaning at any time of the day, clean the whole floor, clean the edges, choose just a quick vacuum cycle that makes a simple path back and forth across the floor, you can control Bob using arrow buttons on the remote like a remote control car, and have Bob automatically return to his charging station. As a professional who designs graphics and text that must also communicate clearly and easily to people who are unfamiliar with the product, I was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the design and layout of the instruction booklet. It is one of the most clearly written, well designed for quick and clear understanding by almost anyone, and it also really struck me as incredibly clever since it creates an endearing narrative, that also eliminates the need for repeated technical names or terms, by referring to the vacuum as "Bob" throughout. I'll be honest and admit that by naming the vacuum Bob (based on the full brand name), it makes the little robot feel more like a cute pet than a machine. I might've talked to it on more than one occasion as it did well or not as I expected, as my mom has also done. Bob easily traverses flooring traditions from carpet to wood or other hard floors with ease. On thick or dense carpet Bob, like most robot vacuums, does a great job getting surface dirt, hair, etc. I would recommend vacuuming with a more powerful, standard vacuum before using Bob, and periodically throughout the year to get any deeply embedded crud. But for a home with several kitties, and basic foot traffic, it's wonderful at getting much of the dirt and hair before it gets deep into the carpet, or hard floors looking fresh. For the cleaning capability, quality of construction, the easy to understand, and also use, design of the machine, remote, and all instructions, this is a really impressive robot vacuum. If you don't need or want the addition of mobile app, or home assistant connectivity with extra, but really unnecessary in most cases, options, it's perfect! Super quick and easy to understand and use (can't stress those key elements enough because of how thoughtfully designed everything is).

Started using "Bob" about a week ago. He is awesome! He goes around the entire house, carpet and hard wood floors. The first day I used him, his dirt trap was filled! I couldn't believe he picked up that much dirt. And I have cleaning women coming in every two weeks. And I live alone. The only thing we're working on is getting Bob back to his charger. He's supposed to head to it when his battery is getting low, which is in about 2 1/2 hours. Well, I would come home and find him under my couch! Ha! So we're working on moving the charger to different outlets, trying to find where he can get back easily. Otherwise, I wish I had a Bob way sooner in life. He's great!

I got this on sale for $150. I have three messy kids, two dogs, and a messy husband who works outside. It picks up about half the dirt. I usually have to sweep out from the corners/walls before I turn it on. I also have to pick up anything from the floor like dog toys. It does make it so I have to clean the floors vigorously less.

After receiving our bObsweep-Pro, he was immediately put to work on our main floor which has carpet, hardwood and tile floors. He does a great job in keeping everything tidy and clean. Bob, as we refer to him, has entertained us with his antics. After my grandsons left the half-bath door partially open, Bob swept in and accidentally closed the door behind him; thus, shutting himself in a small space. After hearing him trying to find a way out, we rescued him. He When I left my laptop cord exposed, Bob became entangled in the cord, and in trying to get the cord untangled, his right wheel was damaged, so the poor thing could only go in circles. I contacted bObsweep customer service and was sent a new right wheel right away with no charge since it was still under warranty. Once the right wheel was replaced, Bob was back to work immediately. I highly recommend the bObsweep Pro and this company.

We have purchased 3 bObsweeps Pro Robot vacuums. Being extremely happy with our first purchase we talked up our BOB to family. We loaned BOB to my parents to try and afterwards I would get requests for BOB to come visit grandma especially to vacuum under the beds which was getting more difficult for them. Our second purchase was a gift to them. Recently we purchased another BOB for our 2 story house even though 3 year old original BOB who we set to run daily and whose original battery is still good for a 2 hours run continues to do a great job.

Cleans quite well. Convenient to use and a boh help.

I received this vacuum for Christmas last year. It vacuums up the pet hair and dirt wonderfully. It is very easy to maintain and clean. It needed a repair and bObsweep customer service was excellent.

Bob is the best addition to any family! He doesn’t whine when you ask him to clean. He gets right to work and doesn’t stop until the job is done. Pet hair? No problem. He’s a little noisy, but hey - aren’t all kids? Everyone needs a Bob, for sure.
