I love this product. I have it programed sweep nightly. I have lament floor and it sweeps so well when I walk around without shoes the floor feels "buffed" For the price I am really enjoying it. But..... Either the battery life is short or it is only good for small homes. I always find in dead in one of the rooms. Its toooo big! Doesn't get under chairs or the couch well with getting stuck. Its noisy. Not as loud as a traditional vacuum but not quiet either. I cant run it and watch tv.

It works nicely it cleans small debris, It needs to start learning your areas to get better. Sometimes gets stuck under furniture so you have to help him get out. At times, you all have to guide him to hits charging post,

I bought this for a gift. The recipients said they like it and it works well. It was a little confusing to setup but they are very happy with it. They do have a dog and it picks up hair very well.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Pro Robot. I would have given it 5 stars... but sometimes it has problems with the changing from tile to carpeted floors. Other than that, very pleased with my purchase!

I bought this for my daughter's room. We have a dog and there's dog hair everywhere. We use it every other day. It does the job well. At first it seems the sweeper is a bit confused and just doing a random movement. Just let the bobsweep be. Once the sweeper learned the floor area, it will do the job well. I am frequently borrow it from my daughter for my room. The only downside is it is a bit noisy but other than that...thumbs up for this sweeper.

I brought this while it was on sale. It started off GREAT! Now it has been almost 5 months, B0b is always getting stuck on my high carpet, suck up everything on the floor, even the big stuff then gets stuck. I make great effort clearing the floor of stuff that I know it will suck up and it still finds something to suck that it shouldn't. Gets stuck a lot under the bed or sofa. Today I wanted to use it, and it keeps stopping every 1 min. I followed the guide to clean the sensers and it still keep stopping. I dont recommend this version.

The bObsweep Pro works very well and is super simple to use, just set a time or push a button and it will automatically find its way around the room. The battery life is good, we don't have a big house, but it will run for a couple of hours and cover the whole floor. The dustbin is usually at least half full even when running every day, so it definitely picks up a lot. It will occasionally get stuck on something, or a kids toy will get wrapped up in its wheels, but that is to be expected. It doesn't have any issues with avoiding normal sized objects or stairs. After a few months of use, something happen to its wheel, causing it to run for only a few minutes and stop, but support was incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered to send us a new wheel or send it back in for a full checkup (we chose the latter), and now it's back to working like new. They also sent us a complimentary set of front brushes. You also get a dedicated support representative who is very quick to respond.

Worked great for about 2 months, picked up dog hair no problem and kept the house neat in between "deep cleans". However the battery stopped holding charge at that time and would only do about a 5 minute sweep at best. I will be ordering a replacement battery to see if that corrects it.

This is a great vacuum for wooden floors and it even detects the area rug and sweeps it! I have a dog and it is great at getting all the dog hair!

The areas that Bob passes over are generally clean. The problem that we have with Bob is he gets easily confused. Bob will spend an hour cleaning our dining room, leave the room for a few minutes, then return to the dining room and start over. When manually moved to a room, Bob will bypass dirty areas, to repeat what has already been covered. Bob has a hard time finding his charging station when prompted. Overall, I don't think Bob is the sharpest tool in the shed...

I did not know what to expect with one of these gadgets and I took a chance to find out. My wife and I are very pleased. We have 5 cats-yikes I know-some were abandoned on our porch and we took them in, they stay in 24x7. We use BOB for 3 rooms-family room 13x15ft, dining room 12x12 ft which are hardwood and the kitchen vinyl flooring 10x12 ft, plus a short foyer that has stairs down to the lower level. BOB does the job each night at 1 AM. The remote allows BOB to run a daily schedule. The dustbin his full each time with cat hair, cat toe nails, food crumbs, dust debris etc. After putting away Easter stuff that had glitter-I saw it picked up the glitter. I was worried about the stairs, what would BOB do? I watched the robot and it was amazing and scary. It kind of looks as though it will keeping going as it heads for the stairs-then at the last second it backs up-it does it over and over a few times to find a wall to start down. It's very easy to clean, the dustbin comes off easily, I dump trash into the garbage. It comes with a brush to brush the filter in it, plus the filters come off easy for extra cleaning. The brush roller comes off easily too for thorough cleaning when needed. My wife says she doesn't use the Swiffer to clean nor the regular vac to clean these rooms anymore. We've had BOB three weeks and we are very satisfied with this product.

I would recommend this product it seems to work well on my kitchen floor and carpet. My carpet is more flat or thin carpet. This thing some how finds more then I think it can everyday it runs.

I was excited to order Bob as I've always wanted one. Unfortunately, it didn't pick up debris on some of our rugs and didn't fit under our kitchen cabinets...Also, it kept getting stuck because my house is small and there are lots of obstacles that were in its way...I'm sure it would be fine with open rooms but it took me too much time to watch it and re-direct it to other areas.

it works a bit different from the previous one. But it does a great job, cleaning the carpet and the floor. It picks up dust and dirt, when you walk on the carpet afterwards if feels very clean.

The bobsweep is great! I love how it picks up all the hair around the house. Just be careful it will get easily tangled on any loose cables.

It’s great!!! It’s easy to set up charge it before use. Requires 2 AAA batteries for the remote. It surprised me how it was able to get under tight places and get out on its own. Should be noted that it was used on wood floor. It had moment where it did get stuck but adjusting the recliner helped to avoid it. As it moves through it went around corners pretty well and sensed it’s surroundings pretty well. We tried it on a play mat rug and it went across the entire thing. All skeptics should try it! The dust bin collected more than I expected.

I purchased the Bob Sweep PRO and have put through the a lot of work in the last 6 months. Bob has to clean up after two cats which put a lot of pet hair and litter debris in the house. Bob saves me from my daily sweeping chore. Bob is able to move across my hard wood floors and area rugs without a problem. Bob is even able to get under my sofas and other right spaces. I had to call their service team with some questions and the quality of their responsive staff was first rate.

This product is awesome! It helps keep my house clean. You can set it up to vacuum at any time you want and it will go back to his station, once it's done. Plus if you have any problems or questions the customer service is great! They will take you step by step. I highly recommend having a Bob in your house. It's a great addition to your family.

Overall it is a great vacuum. It works perfectly on hard floors, but one of the side brushes struggled to turn on carpet causing it to shut down. However customer service is excellent. They asked whether I wanted to replace the brush motor myself or send it in for repair. I opted to replace it myself. They quickly sent not only the one motor, but the other side as well, at no charge. It wasn't hard to replace, but did take longer than expected. So far it is working well.

I've own a bobsweep before. I also bought one for my sister. The price was really good so I bought another and it works well. I would highly recommend this product.
