great vacuum so far, haven't really programmed anything but it's cleaned everything in my parent's house on their hardwood floors and thick carpet in their bedroom

I ordered Bob because it was on sale and thought there’d be less to lose. Bob has been absolutely amazing! Cleans my wood floors so well and easily transitions from room to room and onto the rugs in each room. I couldn’t be more impressed. And the customer service is phenomenal. Seriously the best!

Decided to buy this for wife to help her with house chores. This was our first robot vacuum. Wife was skeptical at first, but we fell in love with the convenience. Bob (that's what our kids decided to call it) did a fairly good job. Unfortunately after a few days, one of the wheels had problem, so Bob kept on turning in circle and stopped working. We decided to return it, but the family missed Bob.

Purchased as a deal of the day for $149.99 plus tax. I was pleasantly surprised it does a fantastic job on solid surface floors. I’ve purchased a few long thin bean bag type things that are used to put at the bottom of doors to prevent drafts, I lay them along the hardwood carpet interface to prevent Bob from venturing on to the carpeted areas. I don’t think this is intended for carpeted areas.

Bought at bestbuy.com and got a great price - $150. Ended up returning it though because it died every time it got to a carpeted room. We have some rugs in the rooms with wood floors - it was ok (but not great) on those areas. I would only recommend this to someone with wood, laminate or tiled floors - and only then if they don't have lots of thick rugs....

This is my second BobSweep. I ordered the PetHair Plus for my ground floor, and it’s done an amazing job keeping the floors clean, where as I really only need to manually vacuum the corners once a month! I loved that so much, I bought this one, the BobSweep Pro, for my upstairs. When they it’s the “Smooth Navigator” that is no understatement! It gets around all the furniture effortlessly, and was able to navigate the area rug and even the thresholds in and out of rooms. I have 5 rooms and it finds it’s way in and out quite seamlessly. Even though this model doesn’t map out your layout, it still covers every square inch during its full runtime...which, for me, comes up to about 90 minutes. Now, the Pro doesn’t have AS much power as the PetHair Plus, so thicker and/or shag-like carpet is a little more difficult for the Pro to traverse, and/or it will stop. It even makes its way over and/or around some power cords and speaker wire I have on the ground, compared to my PetHairPlus which would occasionally get tangled up. The Pro is definitely best suited for the “Set It and Forget It” type of person; very user friendly and easily operated. With the scheduling feature, you can set the time you’d like for it to clean, each day, and off it goes. Just empty the bin every other day (or every day depending on how much dirt you accumulate) and DO THE WEEKLY CLEANING of the unit, and you’ll have no issues. The Pro will handle pet hair, but if you have an animal that sheds a lot, or has fluffy hair, I’d suggest one of the Pet models. Otherwise, you’ll be emptying the bud and cleaning the wheels daily. But everything else? Not a problem! A little pricey, compared to it’s competitors, but I definitely prefer the BobSweep over the Roomba, Shark, and the likes. Not to mention, BobSweep Customer Support and Technical Support is a DREAM; not to mention the factory warranty package that comes along with your Bob! With up to a 5 year subsidized warranty, and 2 years for the battery, this is a Robot Vacuum built to last you. Not to mention you can order replacement parts from their website! BobSweep’s support response is quick, very helpful, and you get your own personal “Bob Consultant”. I actually had an issue with my first Pro, 10 months into ownership, where it would stop cleaning and give an error message on flat hard floors. I emailed Customer Support, they helped me with some troubleshooting, and when that didn’t work, helped get a warranty ticket submitted to send the unit back to them to look at. You have to pay for shipping, via an invoice from BobSweep, but once you schedule the appointment, they’ll send you the label and instructions on how to return. I’d advise holding on to your original box, to make your life easier. Typically, you’d only have to send back the unit itself, less the brushes, dustbin, charging base, etc—unless you need them to look at those as well. After I sent my unit back, they returned a replacement that has worked wonderfully since! I’ve even worked with them on an issue I had with my PetHair Plus, but was able to resolve that through their troubleshooting. Even then, I was working with the same Bob Consultant—and that was months before I had the Pro! I’ve recommended the BobSweep brand to all my friends and family, as well as got one for my mother (bObi Pet), and she loves it! Definitely considering upgrading my PetHair Plus to the PetHair Vision, as that one navigates a “hair” better, as well as the mapping feature.

Works well. It took a little while of letting it run to see where it would get stuck before we had everything setup for it.

I bought this on a daily deal for a second floor and well worth the money. Sweeps great. Easy to clean. Good bather life

We bought the bobsweep on best buy's deal of the day. Lately I've been seeing them put more on there, so if you happen to stumble upon this bobsweep on deal of the day, do not hesitate. Buy it immediately. The product does a wonderful job at sweeping the kitchen floor. At first it was a bit clumsy but as it starts learning your kitchen the more you use it. The better it works on its own.

This is a great help for those with busy schedules, back problems and disabilities to name a few. Also I love how Bob cleans under the beds somewhere my vacuum cleaner won’t get to. Bob really gets the house clean. I’m surprised how much he gets up that my regular vacuum cleaner missed. Great product and I recommend this for anyone wanting to do one less job.

I like Bob, I set him to clean at night and he bangs around, doesn't like our multicolor throw rug and get's stuck under a chair and on a kitchen mat, BUT he does a pretty decent job cleaning up pet hair on the hardwood flooring so I recommend Bob as a budget rob-vac. the more clear space the better....

Does a good job on hard floor, gets Caught underneath the cupboards sometimes and hung up on the rugs.

It works pretty good, the only bad thing that we have experienced is that sometimes it turns on and runs at night.

Great entry robo vacuum. Isn't the most efficient robot vacuum but for the price we got it it does a great job.

Cleans my floors with no issues. Very surprised at what it is able to sweep up. Battery life is great as well.

Manual states will take time to learn pattern so I’m still waiting on outcome. It is a little too loud.

I absolutely recommend this robot vacuum. Its my first one to own and it took me a while to fibally to decide to buy one and I have zero regrets on choosing bObsweep.. Customer service is also amazing! i constantly tell people to buy this vacuum, it is a great buy!

It was really noisy. You didn't want it running around at night because it woke me up. During the day it was noisy in the background while working. It couldn't transition from hardwood to rug. The spinning brushes snagged. My older cat was no Bob fan either.

Been using this everyday since we got it. Not only is our house dusty already, we have three large dogs that shed, and all the humans have very long hair. This thing works great, it gets most everything up, I do have to untangle hair from the rollers about 5 times a routine. It has figured out the house layout and dodges objects easily. I almost wished I got two of them. The only thing I wish is that it had someway to see how much charge the battery had.
