Great little phone for my son. Definitely a great first phone.

i paid $40 for this phone, wasnt expecting much, a bit disappointed. owned phone for less than 2 weeks the good: does basic smartphone functions like emailing, texting and basic internet browsing the bad: GPS and wifi are flaky, sometimes it wont connect to my home router unless I toggle wifi. phone rebooted for no apparent reason. Sprint coverage where i live is lacking even though sprint claims to have great 4G service

This phone is OK for the price. It's kind of slow and does not have too much internal memory. Camera does not work very well, sometimes you can't even take pictures it freezes.

It says it has 8gb internal memory but it actually only has 4gbs when you turn it on and after downloading just 3 apps it's down to 3gbs

I just got this phone yesterday and already hate it. It gets very hot within minutes to where I can't even hold it up to my ear. The battery drains super fast, so I always have to find a spot where I can keep it charged. I had a Motorola G before and wish I had bit the bullet and coughed up the extra money to get one of those. I got the ZTE cause I needed a new phone and this one was free with activation, so I'm glad at least I didn't waste money on. Will only keep this one until I can get the Motorola I want.

The phone is not crazy fast and won't handle more demanding games. That being said, for the price, it's quite ok. Screen size and phone dimensions make it comfortable to hold. I recommend as a backup or to give to a kid.

This isn't the most amazing phone in the world, but I knew that when I bought it. Honestly, I got it for $20 and at that price, I can't complain about it at all. There are times when it slows down, acts up or just doesn't work. When those times happen, I just simply close down apps or restart the phone. In the course of the 3 months that I've had it I've only encountered this about 4 times. Like I said, not the best, but for $20, you can't really beat it.

Phone seems to heat up and get really hot all the time. Other than that a pretty good phone.

For the money this was the best phone available when I purchased it. Very nice features. As for Boost Mobile, phone signal should be stronger. It weakens in certain places.

I purchased this train wreck to get me through while I waited for an insurance replacement for my LG Volt. From the second I turned it on, it was nothing but a nightmare! Self-service activation failed, the SIM card wasn't configured correctly, it took over 3 hrs to activate, and constantly drops the data connection. In 24 hours, I've only been able to download ONE app. My Volt never lost the LTE connection in/around my house. This godforsaken contraption can't hold a data signal or connect to WiFi. Terrible, HORRIBLE phone. I'm taking it back today and am so incredibly frustrated with it's flaws, I'm not even that upset to be incommunicado until my replacement Volt gets here Friday.

I purchased this phone for my 15 year old niece on 11/20/15 and picked the phone up at the Utica Store on 11/20/15. It has been almost 1 month since the purchase and the phone has blanked out twice. When the phone blanks out the only way to turn the phone back on is by removing the SIM card. The first time that the phone blanked out was actually on "Black Friday" but when I went into the Utica Store I was told by one of the employees that there would be no exchanges and to return the next day. I didn't return on the next day because the phone powered itself back on after the SIM card was removed then replaced. Once the SIM card is removed then after a period of time (20min-1hr) it powers back on. I am not sure what causes the phone to blank out but it is very frustrating. Overall don't purchase!

If you are tired of paying well over $100 and don't need a fancy schamzy phone, this is such a great alternative It will do everything basic you need and fast, without worrying about opening that bill from your cellular company every month. You know exactly what you are going to pay.

phone is very slow and freezes often. For the price decent phone. But spend a little more and get something better

I broke my phone so I needed a new one and I got it because t was cheap. This phone is a piece of garbage. the phone is slow and I mean all of my apps tends to crash and multi tasking forget about it this phone can't handle that at all.

LCD is TFT, old school, that means you must look at from certain angle to see things on the screen battery is good, only 2000mah but will last thru one or two day performance is good it's a 10bucks phone, i did not buy it to use as a phone but a bluetooth device, ie music player, digital gauge in the car, or gps

My dad lost his phone and we upgraded him to this smarter phone. It worked well for him. He is not very technologically inclined.

This was a gift for my mother. After 2 weeks screen went plain black. I hope I get a refund. I'm a loyal customer never had any problems with BestBuy.

For the price, this is a very good, basic, smartphone.
