Great at first. Then “right ear bud can’t connect” or some BS like that. Disappointed because of the brand

I bought these because my husband snores very loudly and I am a light sleeper, something had to change. These were recommended to me by a friend and I really like them a lot. I tend to sleep on my right side and it is slightly uncomfortable in my right ear when I lay on it. I just switched to the smallest size cover so hopefully that helps. I’ll use them regardless because they work great for masking the snoring. One other small complaint is that you have to use your phone to control the sleepbuds, obviously, which means I have to unlock my phone to turn them off. Very minor complaint. If the smallest size cover works out I’ll probably update this review to 5 stars.

Wow, Just wow.... If you have a loud household these earbuds are a must!! I can finally clean the house while my husband is sleeping during the day.... I can finally go in our room and put clothes away without him waking up, These earbuds are the best investment I ever made lol!!!! If your housewife that has husband that sleep during the day these earbuds are for you!!!

I don’t usually write review on tech products. But I thought I’d share my experience with these sleep buds so far. Write out of the box, I plug them in my ears and the battery is completely dead. Neither the charging case or sleep buds had charging power. You’re not able to see the percentage of the sleep buds unless you download their “Bose sleep” app. After 2 hours of charging, I plug them in and have to do an update. I still can’t hear anything. So another 10 minutes of waiting. Ok, so it’s finally done, I’m excited to try them on. I play the first sound of many, and they sound of very low quality l. The best way I can describe it to look up the song “Macintosh 420” and give it a listen. The first 10 seconds of the song sound very muffled and you can tell the audio isn’t the best. That’s exactly what the Bose library sounds like. I tried finding the right sound for me. It’s not like a music app where you push and play. You have to find a sound you like, install it, and then skip through your current sounds to find it. As I mentioned, you don’t have a library for your installed sounds. It’s more old school like an MP3. You just know where certain tracks are at by skipping forward or backwards. Next, I tried laying down and sure enough, they were comfortable. That was for the first few hours though. I’ve swapped pillows during the middle of the night to see if that was the issue, and surely it wasn’t. I slept with all three earbud sizes (S, M, L) and I still felt that slight discomfort in my sleep. So I decide to run with it anyways. My partner is a mild snorer reaching 50db. And given that our bed is a full size, there isnt much to get away. The sleep buds were able to mask their snoring and I hardly heard anything. That’s something I appreciated about these headphones. They can block some noise but not everything. Don’t expect noise cancelling headphones cause these are not that.

Light weight so you barely feel them in your ear. So that helps with ear fatigue and irritability while sleeping. The sound is so clear and blocks out the any major background noise. They help me sleep especially at noisy hotels but I don’t fear over sleeping because you can set your alarm to wake you. Cons… The battery life is horrible, and you can only listen to preloaded sounds in the Bose sleep app.

So far, the sleepbuds are helpful but don’t expect a miracle cure for insomnia. I was able to sleep through the sound of lawnmowers outside which often awakes me.

I wanted to get a good amount of usage before using these. They are pricey, but it has significantly helped my sleep. The noise masking sounds really do work well!

These Bose earbuds are comfortable and help block out external noise for good sleep

This product was great. It was comfortable. They stayed in my ears all night. They blocked out the sounds I was trying to escape. But, I still ended up returning them. Why? The iOS app is horrific. The app is so bad it made using this wonderfully engineered a nightmare to use. Having to fill the sleep buds with all of there sounds before you can erase any sounds? That is insane. The group responsible for the app are either incompetent, insane, lazy, or just plain mean. I also don’t believe for a second that Bose engineers couldn’t build bluetooth into these to allow for third party apps such as Calm. If it really is not possible than Bose needs to work our a partnership with some third parties because their own app is just so bad. I really feel like I can’t express how bad this app. If Bose can address these issues than I absolutely will buy them again. Until then, I advise everyone to stay away from these. Let companies like Bose know that if they are going to make products that are locked into their ecosystem, they need maintain functional and friendly software for their users. The best way to let a company know that their product is garbage is not to buy it.

I love my sleep pods . They cancel out noise as I am a light sleeper and are comfortable .

Battery life if great, sound effects just enough, can't hear my wife snore!!! Life is great!!!

Would have gotten an excellent but pricey for just sleep sounds only. I cringed when I purchased but it does a great job at masking outside noise.

Wow. This is an amazing product. Love the noise canceling when im sleeping. Omgg feels so good in my ear when laying down that i dont feel anything at all. I have never been able to sleep with any headbuds before. Thanks bose for this earbuds they are amazing. However PLEASE let these earbud connect blutooth to my phone and to tv. The sleep app is ok but just give us the update to be able to use it blutooth.

Can't wear them every night - will start to hurt if worn nightly - need to give my ears a rest. The sound quality is amazing - what I expect from Bose. The App is east and simple.

I received these for my B-Day & literally cried when I opened them. I wasn't sleeping due to my hubby's snoring so when our daughter went off to college, I started sleeping in her room. I'm happy to say that I am back in my bed, beside my husband of 28 yrs. & sleeping better than ever. My fave is "Rinse." Hubby now has a pair & loves them too, even with tinutis.

I bought this because I needed to have noise while sleeping and my wife likes the room quite while she sleeps. This was a great compromise.

These buds are only to be used with Bose app which has very limited selection of sleep music and sounds. I returned them within the hour of purchase because for that price it should be able to sync with other apps and music via bluetooth. The pro's of these buds is they do fit perfectly in the ear and I can see sleeping with these without much discomfort. The sound is amazing but I would expect nothing less from Bose.

My snoring has always made it difficult for my fiancee to sleep in the same bed. These Sleepbuds fit her ears perfectly and the noises are very soothing for her. She's never had a problem with them falling out or poking her ear when she turns her head on her pillow. She sleeps well now, even with my awful snoring. Great tech!

I am so happy with this purchase! I live in an apartment and I have not slept well in months on end since we got upstairs neighbors. The Bose Sleep Buds are the best! So soothing to listen to. I fall asleep and stay asleep. I would recommend them to anyone!
