Finally able to sleep!! They hold a charge all night long and you just listen to sounds on an app, very easy to use and stay in place.

I finally found something that really works, provides me with uninterrupted sleep especially when I am traveling.

I previously owned the 1st generation Sleepbuds. This is a more improved version and I haven't had any issues using the product to date.

Sleepbuds 2 are great. It has the best sounds and noise masking technology.

Helps block out noise like snoring, dogs barking outdoors, or spouse watching late night tv.

These sleepbuds have changed my life. They block out all noise so I can sleep.

These are the best ear buds for sleep. You don't even feel them in your ears!! I have forgotten I have them in even when I wake in the morning!!! They silence ALL sounds even without the sound app!!! If you're looking for relief from a partner snoring i CANNOT give these possibly more praise!! This is my second pair in 2 months because my cat chewed one of the originals... These are worth every penny!! Finally found relief I've needed for years!

Really happy with my purchase of the Bose sleep II ear buds. They really make a huge difference in canceling out noise!

Kind of amazing, blocked out snoring to the point of not even hearing a hotel alarm so be careful.

After a disastrous release of the original Sleepbuds, the engineers at Bose went back to the drawing board and have released Sleepbuds II. The first version used unproven battery technology that failed in the long run. The Sleepbuds II use a more standard battery, so should work as intended. The result is the Sleepbuds II addresses many of the shortcomings of version I, but doesn’t add any significant new features. Overall I give it 3.5 stars. PROs • The soft silicone eartips help keep the earbuds in place. The package includes 3 different sizes, and I ended up using a different size for each ear. • When inserted properly, the seal does a nice job of reducing outside noise. They are not meant to completely eliminate noise. You will still hear loud interruptions like a heavy snoring partner, a baby crying, nearby car alarms, and so on. Depending on your sensitivity, these interruptive sounds may wake you, even though they are reduced and masked. • The charging case does a better job of making contact with the earbuds than version I, so you are better assured that the case is actually charging the buds. • Charge port is now USB-C, which should make it quicker to charge. • The buds connection to the mobile app is snappier and more reliable than version I. In particular, transferring new sounds to the buds is lightyears faster. • There is a decent, though not extensive, variety of sounds. They range from nature to meditative to white noise-like. • You can set an alarm to wake you, which means you can avoid bothering your sleep partner as when you use an external alarm. • Unlike version I, there is no background clicking noise. CONs • The buds are slightly larger than version I. Depending on the pillow and angle of my head, these can put pressure on my ears. Version I was exceptionally comfortable compared to these. • You can let these play all night (10 hour battery life), or you can set a timer. But oddly the timer has only predefined lengths and does not let you enter your own amount – makes no sense why this is missing. The predefined timers settings are 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 1.5 hrs, 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 6 hrs, and 8 hrs. • The alarm volume can be faded in so as to not jar you awake. But there is no corresponding fade out function to reduce the volume over the course of the night. I find myself setting the volume a bit high to better mask sound, but would like to fade the volume after a certain amount of time. Otherwise I wake up after a while because the sound is too loud. • There’s still no way to add your own sounds, or to customize the included ones. For example, I prefer lower frequency white noise, like brown noise. • There’s no way to mix the sounds. You may want to start with meditative music and cross over into white noise. No way to do that here. • Volume can only be changed through the app and not by using the volume buttons of the iPhone (not sure if this is different on Android). Again, when the sound is too loud and I'm awakened in the middle of the night, I can’t just use the volume buttons on my iPhone to reduce the sound. I have to pick up the phone and use the app which is more disruptive. All in all, the Sleepbuds II seem to be designed to fix the frailties of version I. On that front, mission accomplished. I hope Bose will now really step up with firmware and software updates to let the functionality blossom.

Returned it after I used it for 2 days. The main problem is that you could only use the white noise that the app provides. I was gonna use it for Audio books or smooth music just doesn’t work out for me.

The Bose Sleepbuds II advertise that they assist the person wearing them with better, restful sleep by drowning out the noises around them that keep them awake. I can say, they work as advertised! The form factor of the sleepbuds is amazing. If you are picturing them to be the size of standard wireless earbuds, your mistaken. They are tiny! I was very amazed because I thought that they might be uncomfortable to wear all night long. I was able to lay on my side and have my ear on the pillow without being bothered by the earpieces. The sleepbuds come with three different sizes of silicone pieces that hold the sleepbuds inside your ear. The Bose Sleep app you can download from the app store on your phone walks you through all the setup procedures of how to pair them and how to properly wear them. Bose advertises up to 10 hours of usage on a single charge. The first night I wore them I slept for approximately 6 hours. The batteries were full on both earbuds. When I awoke the earbuds had a 46% charge left. The earbuds also feature an alarm function that can be set using the app. I like this because it wakes me up without waking my wife! The sounds you can pick from are what you would expect from a noise masking sleep device. Soothing rain, light winds, rustling leaves, waves, and many more choices can be browsed on the Bose Sleep app, and best of all, the sounds are all free! Another neat feature of these sleepbuds is the case you store them in. The case has a built in battery to charge the sleepbuds between uses. The case feels very sturdy because it is made out of metal. It has a sliding hatch on it that keeps the sleepbuds secure inside the case. One night while wearing them I awoke to only one sleepbud in my ear. The other had fallen out. The next morning I found it underneath me. I decided to change the earpiece size to the next size up. That seems like it should prevent it from happening again. You can set the sleepbuds to play all night long or for just a few hours by using the Bose Sleep app. I feel like prolonged usage will definitely help me to have restful sleep! If your having sleep issues they are worth the purchase!

Great sound. Easy to use. Charges fast and sync up to the iPhone easily

I know it’s an excellent product because my husband has the first generation. It came with the battery issue which Bose replaced each time I’ve reached out to them. When I saw the second generation, I had to get it for my husband. Unfortunately, it was a defective item. One of the earbud was not working. I ended up returning it. I know Bose would have replaced it with no issue but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of requesting a replacement.

Expensive but they work. No noise just silence. Bose does. It again

The technology worked well but I didn't find the fit that comfortable for sleeping, especially when sleeping on your side. It is also limited to the sounds on the app so you can't listen to your own media.
