I am so glad to hear that you enjoy the noise masking of the Sleepbuds II.
New sounds for the Sleepbuds may be added through future app updates and you are unable to stream your own music as the sounds are stored locally on the earbuds to allow phone free mode.

I wish I’d found out about these before. I suffer from chronic insomnia, have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep, these have been a blessing. They stay put and last all night long, have awesome soothing sounds and block snoring partner and all other annoying sounds. I can finally SLEEP My only complaint would be that I can’t mix sounds.

Have had them for over 2 weeks now and I love them. I no longer have to get up in the middle of the night and go sleep in the couch cause of my partner's snoring. (yes you might still hear a bit of external noise) The only iffy thing is how long it sometimes takes the app to find the buds when putting them on,

My husband snores and now I can finally get a goid nights sleep. I took them on vacation- Europe in the summer with hotel windows open and a party going on outside?? I didn’t hear a thing. An excellent product.

Worth the money just for her to get sleep. It took her some time to get used to the fit in the ear, though; consider compatible ear tips that are non-Bose if you have troubles transitioning into using them but I'm sure the OEM tips will be fine.
