I was greeted with this round container that felt very Star Trek'ish. The top slides open and you are greeted with several soft lights and you see the ear buds. Two strong magnets hold them in place, and are very secure. These babies aint moving unless you pull them away from the magnets. They are clearly labeled left and right ear. Theres extra soft gel parts for the ear buds in the box along with a USB to C type charger. The fit is very nice and cuts out most ambient noise. The bluetooth paired right up with my Samsung S9 and after a full charge I was listening to some nice sounds. There's also a snooze feature you can turn on and off. This is so it doesn't drain your phone battery so much and I highly recommend using it..After you fall asleep, the unit shuts down..These would make excellent gifts and if you have sleep issues like me. They're life savers and well worth the price. They are well made and very easy to use...

Salesman told me you could use them to listen to music but you can't. They have a library of sounds but the repeat after a few minutes. Not what I want to listen to over and over to try and relax and fall asleep. They do stay in your ears though. They would be wise to partner with Calm to listen to other sounds and to be able to meditate.

I bought them to block snoring noise without the bulk of over the ear headphones but found they performed no better at all than cheap foam earplugs from a drugstore. The only reason I didn’t give it zero stars is because it plays music quite well but that’s not why I bought it nor how it’s promoted.

Right out of the box, it didn’t even light up....nothing. Very disappointed as this was a gift and they didn’t open it until after the return period passed. Expected so much more from a brand like Bose.
