The radio would have great but the technician told me that the radio I have in my car not is a better model.

I love my new car radio! I wanted something that would update my vehicle and this fits the bill perfectly. I am only sorry that I did not buy this one sooner. Thanks again Best Buy!

Nice but has a line on the bottom of the screen already and only had it for 24 hours.

This is an Awesome unit for the price. Big screen . The built in amp is great and give out the power to get an awesome sound

I had paid for an installation for my truck door speakers and subs. Along with 2 amps. After a few days I had realized my rear door speakers where not even playing any sound. I tried multiple times to reach the installer for the geek squad and he did not reach back. If u want anything installed don’t go to Best Buy.

This was worth every penny. Other brands charge almost 1000 dollars for same item. This radio is amazing and i am extremely happy i made this purchase.

Not what i was looking for, too cartoon like, very glitchy, limited camera function. Ashame because the price was very doable but ended up returning it and going for the 2,000 infortainment system, thank God for Total tech!

Love the navigator system. Fit well in my older Honda. Safe to use while driving down the road on the highway.

I love the size of the screen but there are a few features (or lack of) that make it less than avg like… no xm radio and my screen sometimes freezes after the car has been started.

Upgrading from a single din I wanted to give this monstrosity of a head unit a try to have that modern car feel. My one star could be a result of a bad install but I had static from the first moment I tried it. The apple car play and microphone also was not set up properly. I set up a install for repair, they added an antenna, and still had static. The installer said it has to do with the lack of quality of the boss brand receiver which I sympathized with. I returned it for a much smaller Sony unit and it works great. If you have the time to spare for a second install (swap out) then give it a try and see if it works because it looks great and has a wonderful tactile volume knob.

Great value for the money, I wish other navigation apps worked with it like OnX Off-road but I’m overall satisfied with the purchase.

Put this in my brides car. She loves it. It is nice to be able to hook up her phone.

This radio is terrible for making phone calls. We had is installed at BestBuy and they even tried a different microphone and it still echoed everything for the person you call. The installers were amazing and assisted us in ordering a Pioneer radio and then switched them out a week later when the Pioneer came in and we had no issues at all with it. This radio is also HUGE. It looks like a big iPad popping out of your dash. I knew that when I ordered it, so I'm not giving it the one star review over it, but the phone calls were terrible. It's something inside the radio, and no adjustment helps. Don't buy this radio if you ever plan on making phone calls through it.

Great sound and can't beat the 10" screen. Installer did a great job.

Carplay audio with the microphone has a lot of echo. They installed it twice and it still doesn't work properly. Obviously they blame it on the phone but we tried it on 4 different phones, ios and android.

Works well and screen is nice! Looks great for rear camera when backing up

I would’ve gave it zero stars but I could not the gentleman did try five hours to put my radio in. However every time I try to eject it the base comes out. I feel they got the wrong radio bezel in and made do what they had to. It is all the way on the bottom by the shifter it is covering up to cupholders. Instead of where the radio is in the middle of it. I don’t know if this is this guy’s first day or first month of the company. Another issue is the person who ran the shop saw his partner being in trouble but Mike didn’t lay a hand to help his partner
