All these other reviews that say its a good product are only saying that within minutes of use. Nearly a year with this priducg and apple carplay never really works. Doesnt matter if you buy a new cable or not. It just doesnt work. Itll work for maybe an hour. Itll cut off and youll be forced to just use bluetooth. If youre looking for apple carplay stereo i suggest you drop real money instead if trying to cheap out.

This has been the worst purchase I’ve made from BestBuy. The installation was done by BestBuy and cords were left hanging from the console. The backup camera was reversed. The screen has gone “blank” while using the radio more than once. Since it was installed, my AC knobs even stopped working. The radio either has defective parts or the installers did a poor job with the installation.

This liece if junk cycles through all modes while in the middle of android auto. I want this thing ripped out of my car. Do not buy this head unit. Its trash.

Hunk of junk from day 1 it kept making a popping sound like popcorn in a microwave. Sound quality was extremely poor. I do not recommend this brand whatsoever. The price alone should tell you what the quality is like. The screen has an extreme amount of gloss and glare. For the price it is an extreme deal but quality wise it is extremely bad.

Very poor ideam missing stuff radio frizzy up a lot and it turns off by itself

I have been having issues with this head unit running Android Auto. I talked with their customer support team and was informed that due to their hardware limitations the unit does not support Google Pixel and all Samsung phones. I was notified there really isn't a fix for the issue and they are also unable to update their version of Android Auto.

This head unit is absolute garbage. Makes my entire audio system sound terrible. Frequently breaks connection with Bluetooth and even being plugged in via USB it doesn't respond well. Highs are fine, but the mids and lows are severely distorted. Go with a known name brand like Sony, JVC, or Pioneer. The display doesn't look like the one shown for the ad either.

Not so good. First day I got this installed it didn’t work. When you power on you car all your volume for everything is all the way down. The first call you make you have to raise the volume to hear the ringer going out then when the calls answer it’s at zero again and you need to raise the volume again. That goes for everything.

It doesn't have much options for bass and treble adjustments

Honestly a terrible radio. Problems arose in a month. Connection to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay were spotty. Volume reset when turning off the car but played at highest when you turned it on. Glare is so bad you cant see anything if a glint of the sun shines on top of it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Constantly drops bluetooth and wired Android Auto. No way of updating firmware. Six months after purchase Bluetooth will not connect at all and screen freezes or just goes blank.

Just had it installed & that same night the screen froze. The following day the screen froze again. Took it back to the store to remove that junk of hardware. It took a very long time to connect my device to the Bluetooth radio.
