Simply put...I dont like it. Its a glorified aux cord with a screen. It doesnt actually DO anything. Everything u want to do still has to go thru your phone. The connection is spotty at best.

Crappy product. Purchased in late Aug 2022 and just a few months later the volume is already not working correctly. Need a replacement but prefer a different brand.

They car radio had all the options I wanted and looked nice but it keep freezing on me and had to factory reset it to make it work again it was a pain I returned it before the 30 days

Great system added more volume to my speakers. Only negative was when traveling signal drops from your phone connections drops from the receiver when plugged into the usb.

Does what i expected it to do.safer then having the phone in my hand when i am driving.alot of functions i havent explored yet.will update the review when i get to it.but so far so good

I can't keep this thing connected to my phone.. and when it loses connection I have to shut the car off and back on in order for the head unit to be in 'pairing mode'

There are some features that still aren’t hands free. And I’ve already had to exchange this model because the dimming mechanism turned into constant flickering.

After speaking to two representatives from the store about my vehicle and needs a recommended this product. Set up an installation date arrived on that date the tech could not install the component because of wiring issues, I purchased another set of wires rescheduled went back for a second time still could not connect the system to my vehicle. Very frustrated they knew my vehicle make model and year they knew which audio system would work in it but somehow could not get it to work.

I bought this item as it had good reviews. It had better reviews then the more expensive unit I was going to buy. I had it installed and on the surface it looked and functioned okay. The installation team and Best Buy was amazing btw. The gentleman who installed it ran into some issues as the quality is not there. He worked around it and installed it perfectly. I drove it home and found 3 main issues. Issue 1. When you turn off the car the volume goes up. Don’t put it on a turn off delay or it will go to max volume. It happens to me two times. Safety issue there. 2. There is a bad echo with Apple Play when you call people for the person on the other side of the phone. 3. When you have music streaming on Apple Play and a Driving Directions going you cannot hear the driving directions. The crazy part is when I dug deeper on other negative reviews, I saw all 3 of these happening to other buyers. Don’t buy especially if you are a Subaru owner. We have a 2015. I ended up buying a Pioneer and all three of those problems disappeared right away. On top of that 1. The Screen is Better 2. The UI is better 3. The Back up camera settings are better. For an extra $90. All my problems were gone. I don’t recommend this stereo. I do recommend Best Buy as they quickly helped me return the item and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t have asked for a better install team. In the end. Do you research. This unit has serious flaws for Apple Play and Subarus. All have been reported on reviews.

Loving the system. Hands free is a plus, but the display is awesome. The ability to use voice text and so much more!!!

Product was as described and my Grandson loves it. Installation was done by your employee, Chris and he did an awesome job.

It is essential, the audio is more than good, it is difficult to ask for more, for this money, considering that installation is free

Radio doesn’t work for my 2013 Nissan Altima SV. Wired it up with my friend after he got back from vacation and the radio has blown my Accessories fuse twice when everything is wired correctly. No longer in the return window, which is apparently less than a month from my purchase date, not even regarding when my shipment arrived, so I’m just being screwed by Best Buy because I waited for help from my friend. Cool!

For the price this unit can't be neat! Carplay and android auto at your fingertips! Great looking display, easy to use and a great fit!

The audio system was a great replacement for a 17 year old radio. Coupled with the back up camera, it is a complete system.

Great system for my car and Best Buy installed it for free. I would for sure suggest it to others.

Good radio. Does what I wanted. The external input cords are a little weird but work good
