I love it have everything together... gps music apps

Well so far it works great. Good for streaming music.

Very nice radio. The BestBuy installation was horrible. After the first install, it did not work. I had to come back three weeks later. That was the soonest they could schedule. It was fixed the second time. Both times, I was treated rudely.

Works great. My daughter loves the hands-free option.

Completely happy with the stereo and the Best Buy installation.

I like the item but I don’t like the USB port sticking out of the side.

Works great, and even get maps from my cell phone to display!

It’s okay. But in convertible. Can’t see it at ALL in the day time.

My installer tried to talk me out of it prior to even attempting install, but I decided to proceed based on the pretty decent reviews. He said he would try, but said there was a better chance of it not fitting right than actually working. He impressed me with his skills as he fixed a lot of issues that my car had from a custom stereo by a previous owner. However, the only way he could even get it to fit was sticking out an inch as Boss chose to have a horrible array of screw holes (he showed me side by side vs my old Pioneer unit). Maybe it will fit better in your car, but why try? Spend a bit more and get a better name brand, if they can't even make it compatible with most cars what else did they get wrong?

I have had a horrible experience with your customer support. I spent hours on the phone with your reps and both reps made multiple errors on scheduling my BOSS audio radio installation. I went for my first appointment and I wasn't even on the schedule. The second rep scheduled me as a compact car and I told him I had a RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. He did not know what that was, so he scheduled me as a Chevy Aveo - a compact car. I know mistakes happen, but this is twice. My time was wasted. Now the install won't be installed for another 2 weeks when it was originally supposed to be done 2 weeks ago and I'm now told free installation is not free. Had I been told that at the beginning, it would have been OK, but I wasn't.

I am having trouble readying the font on operations manual and manual is not easy to understand. Hard to turn radio off when I just want to use GPS. Hard to figure out out to get apple maps to work. Doesn't save my contacts. Not user friendly to me.

Looks great, but the phone quality is awful. Keeps dropping calls and it not my service, because when unplug from the radio I don’t lose the call. People also say it’s hard to hear me. Other than that I like it.

Not sure. The installation technician cancelled the day before the install then instead of contacting us for rescheduling, Beat Buy cancelled the order with a goal of refunding in 2-4 weeks. Not happy

Worked for about 2 months and then stooped. Bluetooth stopped working and radio started flashing off and on.

Please do not buy this system. It is not very functional. I have a Pixel 5A 5G and a OnePlus 7T, both phone has the same issues. 1. Bluetooth will drop frequently. 2. Android Auto will lose connection from time to time. 3. Phone calls will cut off sound from stereo. Contacted support, no reply. Finally after many trys, they sent me some trouble shooting to make changes to your phone to compensate the radio. No firmware update to fix the system.

Was really good for the first week than I needed to reset the radio about 3 times now.

I love my cam, but I wanted the 10 in and was told it wouldn't be compatible, so then I asked for the 8 in I was told it was none in the store like it nor could it be ordered. I'm so confused I thought BestBuy would have done a great job and I would have expected some satisfaction was not met. My radio is too small, I have challenges with my vision (Diabetic) and didn't want to be straining my eyes to see what options I need to see better on a bigger screen.

its not that great but for the price you get what you pay for. just when useing it, it feels cheap
