Not a good product terrible quality and not worth the price

Ever since my new radio installation my car won’t start sometimes !!!!

Didn’t work straight out of the package do not buy

This radio works as it should, is very responsive with the touchscreen, and even made the sound more clear and able to be a little louder on my stock speakers. The only downsides I had to this was that first off, the quality of the screen isn’t the best, its not bad but you can tell that it is slightly pixelated. Another downside for me is that instead of a knob for volume, it has a button which gets sort of annoying when you need to turn the volume all the way down quickly. These downsides would be expected though reflecting on the cheaper price of the radio. For the price though, it is 100% worth the money, if you look at any other radio, you could spend upwards of $1000, so this one is well worth it.

solid purchase, wish it had a volume dial rather than +/- buttons but other than that very solid device. Bluetooth rocks, adjust the sound system nicely, overall upgrade from the oem subaru touchscreen.

Not a bad radio but the design could be better… the button on mine to turn up the radio no longer works :(

It’s good for the price I suppose but I had paid 700 plus dollars to get this installed in my vehicle at one of the Best Buy locations just for my radio to die on my in less than a year and same day it was installed the reverse camera on the car didn’t work and that camera came with the car when I purchased it so that made me mad and I haven’t came in to get it fixed because I’m scared they’ll deny service to my car to fix it free of charge and that they’ll probably make me have to pay some sort of fee to fix it :(( but I don’t regret buying it was worth it but not worth the hassle of trying to fix it

This stereo was a perfect upgrade for my 2010 Corolla! It makes it easier to listen to podcasts from my iPhone!

Great upgrade in my 08 Wrangler, makes using my phone easier even though I don’t have steering wheel controls

The USB Charging is too weak to charge my phone faster than the phone uses power when connected to Android Auto. This is s major flaw. Other than that, the unit has worked fairly well, but it sure would be nice to arrive at my destinations with a fully charged phone.

The stereo was installed by Best Buy tech, by the way knowledgeable, professional and very nice guy. So far everything works well. Boss has great reputation, which was the main reason why I bought it. Hopefully, I will not be disappointed in few months. Once again, so far so good.

The install tech was very friendly and worked with me on replacing the 'first' unit with a new one after we discovered the USB cables were faulty. The 'second' unit worked for about half an hour before conking out. Unbelievable... and this is a 'Made in the U.S.' brand name! I removed the unit myself when I got home as Apple CarPlay was no longer working. Yes, I troubleshooted. I'm very tech savvy. This was definitely not an issue with my phone or my own Lightning cable. It was the Boss unit. 2 units back to back and both were defective... avoid buying anything from Boss! Stick with Alpine, JVC, or Pioneer.

You get what you pay for. Touchscreen has bad response. The only loud audio is the beeping every time you press something. Going for the cheap option wasn't worth it. Best Buy had free install on this, so that was another way to save some money. Once installed, it was discovered one of the radio volume buttons would make the screen shut off. Terrible brand.
