I shave in my Silverado every morning on the way to work. This thing is great! I bring it home and run the cleaning cycle on it when it needs it. Best Buy gas it pretty expensive but they price matched it online.

Great razor - not quite a 5 but close... I'm a fan...

The shaver is great and gets a closer shave. The cleaning station is nice as well and keeps the shavee in good, clean condition. Only drawback is the high price and price of replacement cleaners.

Let me start by saying I hate razors. They cost a great deal and leave my neck feeling like I used sandpaper to shave. I purchased this razor out of the blue as a first step to solving the neck issue. I have to say that I am very pleased with the razor. I no longer suffer from the sandpaper feeling. My entire face feels smooth and without issue. I have found myself spending more time getting my face perfect instead of just shaving. I would purchase this again however, I need to figure out how to get the area directly under my chin to be as nicely cut as the rest of my face. If you are tired of bumps, cuts and cost, give this one a try. BTW, the cleaning device is a must have.

My old Braun outlived replacement parts. I am replacing this older model with a newer one because the rechargeable battery was not holding the charge for the days I travel. I have been looking at the various online reviews which were very positive. I had looked at Amazon and Best Buy online and this Series 790cc proved a bit too steep in price. When I was shopping at Best Buy for other items I took a look at Braun Shaver 790cc and found it under $200.

Purchased for my husband. Quality shaver. It works well, provides a clean shave, and self-cleaning tool.

I'd had the same brand shaver for over 5 years and it was time to get a new one. Have wear out the screen on my old one and needed to replace it so i'd got this new one and not have to order a new screen.

Works like a charm. Doesn't leave razor burn. It is self cleaning and I would recommend this to anyone.

Read the manual before use. This shaver works best as a dry shaver. The cleaning feature works great. I would recommend using the cleaning feature every day. Pleasant lemon smell leaving the razor lubricated and clean. If your last razor was a rotary, give this razor 2-3 weeks so your beard can adjust to the shave.

Does a good job of a clean shaving, but not perfect. Pretty expensive, but if you like a clean shave with an electric shaver then it's one of the better ones.

My last series 7 (top of the line at the time), which this is the direct replacement for, failed after about 6 years when the trimmer head would no longer stay closed. Battery could still last me a week with no issue. Seems like quality has gotten worse as I got 10 years out of the top of the line original charge and clean shaver from 2000 before the base stopped cleaning, but even then the razor was still going strong. So on a whim got this one since it was almost half off on Black Friday and I needed a new head anyways, so basically made this 1/3 of normal price. Hope it lasts at least another 5 years.

I have very coarse hair and it does a pretty good job. You get a much closer shave than i was expecting. Still kind of pricey though. I've only had it for about a month.

Have been using Norelco shaver's for 20 years. My last one was a 9000 series shaver that I still have, not too thrilled the way it shaved my neck area, lot of irritation. Tried Braun 7 series shaver and it is absolutely amazing. I have very thick beard and still the shave was very close and smooth. Best of all, no irritation in the neck area. I've been using 7 series for about a month now and so far it has been wonderful.

My 12yo Series 5 shaver that I used daily (> 4000 shaves) decided to not work anymore. Per discussion with Braun sending it for repair seemed to be risky due to age. Discussed Series 5, 7, & 9 with them and decided to give Series 7 a try (price went up dramatically as Series number went up). New shaver has great new features and what really matters is that it shaves much better. Hoping for another 12 years....

Worth every penny on it.Trims clean and easy to clean after use.I would definetly recommend to a friend.
