If u have the $$ purchase this braun electric razor. It takes about 2 weeks of use to get a great shave, and overtime it pays itself off, by no longer having to purchase razors & shaving cream its a win, win.

I have always used my Gillette fusion shavers and never electric this electric razor works very well and I love how it cleans itself it does not get as close as a Gillette but still does a good job I would recommend this electric razor.

So far the shaver works exactly as I expected. I had a previous model and it lasted me about 8 years.

I used Remington shavers for years and thought I was getting a decent shave. But after trying a 700 series Braun shaver I was amazed to find out what I was missing. I sure am glad I gave them a try.

I'm a little rough with mine due to work travel but I love the quality and the great, quick shave. Much better than cheapo electric razors and difference is totally worth the price.

I waited too long to get a new razor. All the features one needs to get a great shave. I switched from a Norelco. Used that brand for 15 years. I thought it was good. Nothing compared to the 790.

This is my 2nd razor purchase the last one i had was for 6 years and decided i wanted to upgrade it even though nothing was wrong with it. I love the brand of razors and will continue to purchase

Purchased for my son. He loves it. Close shave and the auto clean is amazing. Also purchase the refill cartridges at B.Buy to keep the razor clean and in good shape.

I purchased my Braun - 7-790CC Shaving System during Black Friday 2013 for 50% off and now knowing how good it works I would still buy at its full price knowing I'm getting a good quality shaver.

Great razor and great shave. I have sensitive skin and this razor is a great close shave with NO irritation.

Gives a close shave and is easily cleaned.. Noticed a lowered noise from my old shaver. Fits nicely in my hand.. Would have liked a bigger case that would also hold the cord.

I've gone through a lot of electric razors in the past. This is the first one that hasn't been a rotary head razor. It does a good job shaving, but even though I clean it regularly it isn't cleaning anywhere near like it did when I first started using it.

Nothing I have read has suggested that the 9 Series is any better. C.R. continues to put this razor above all other brands and so do I. All 7 series are wet/dry so don't believe the marketing. Replacement heads are an issue, they are different from the original so get one of the models with the cleaning station. A clean head will last longer. Replacements​ are not available at Braun website as of 3/17/17. eBay $75. Hopefully Procter & Gamble (who own Braun) will make more original replacement heads because a lot of guys say the replacement heads grab their whiskers. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have given electric razors a try twice before and had been very disappointed. This razor is great shaving close to straight blades. I have retired my old manual razor!!

I have always preferred Braun electric shavers and this model does as promised. Closet shaves I have yet to experience. A little pricey but worth it.

This was a great purchase! For a gift and great alternative to regular razor, it gives a clean shave and doesn't cause irritation for my hubby!

Just works perfectly. Shaved better than razor frequent shaving. I like the washable and auto dry feature. Downside it takes longer than razor shave.
