Does a better job than my previous shavers, but comes at a cost + you have to refill the cleaning station cartridges

The shaver is fast and smooth. The cleaning system is fast and effective. No pull and really shaves close. Have always used rotary shavers but this has compared great and faster than rotary for a quick start in the morning. Also like the push out trimmer. Extends far enough to be able to see what you're trimming.

I'm very happy with my new Braun system 7. I had only used Norelco shavers in the past, 48 years of shaving. I finally took the plunge to a straight shaver and don't regret it. The Braun shaves close and pretty quick. The cleaning system works well, and the shaver holds a lot of shavings, so you don't have to clean it that often.

Purchased this shaver to maintain my bald head. Gets closer than any of the other shavers i've tried. Not the same as using a razor but definitely the best your gonna get without one. Battery life is great and the cleaning dock is a big plus

Replaced my previous series 7 after five years with this beauty. Great shave and it's cleaning system makes it feel like you have a new blade every morning. The quality of this shaver is high but so is the price.

This provides a nice shave and leaves behind little, if any, hair since it captures most of it.

I am amazed how close it can shave and much safer then conventional razors. Before I was shaving using gillete fusion that was good but when ever tried to do reverse shave against hair growth it cuts I have very soft skin but using braun series 7 I can do much closer shave in all directions with 0 cuts. It also has a trimmer that I mainly use it to trim side burns and beared if they are longer which is not safe to use with shaver. Always trim before shaving if hair is 2cm or more long else shaver might pull it as per my experience. It has a display at the other end with tells battery level and hygiene level, if hygiene level is full cleaning is mandatory. Mine came with cleaning kit and I must say it is very easy to use and it cleans perfectly. In 9months I had to buy another cleaning liquid pack. I also got very nice zipped case for shaver. I cant compare it with other competition since this is my 1st premium shaver but I can say that I did alot of research before buying it and I am satisfied with it.

Other electrics really tear up my neck. This one does not. I can use it daily without issues. Best I've had.

this is my husband second purchase of a Norelco Shaving system -- he Loves it!! Had the first one for 7 years.

Purchased to replace last Braun razor I've had for 10 years, this one is working well and worth the upgrade

Decided to give electric a try and was pleased with the close shave. I have to set to highest setting to get a close shave. You can't use in the shower Easy to clean, but not sure how much replacement cleaning will cost. Things I like: no face prep, saves time just wake up and shave, keeps itself clean and easy to use If you want a close cheap shave I would say to keep you blades otherwise this is a nice unit that does a great job

Skeptical at 1st but overwhelmingly surprised at how close the shave was. As close as a razor shave!

Even though this is an expensive Electric Shaver. In my book it is worth every penny. Shaves very close, it also comes with an accessory to clean your Shaver. What's great about this feature is it's built in and also alerts you when it needs to be cleaned. A great feature.

I had the Braun Synchro 7405 for over 15 years and still useable but now I can afford this 7 Series with cleaning system, it can shave closer, with the cleaning solutions, I always feel clean and fresh, I love the fresh sense of it, so far so good, I hope this is the second for the life of my men hood!

This shaver replaced a Braun shaver I had for a couple of years. Gives a comfortable real close shave.

The Braun shaver gives a nice close shave and as a bonus there is very little irritation. The cleaning system is an added bonus. If you use it daily it can be costly. - approximately $60 per year. I clean the shaver manually very day and use the cleaning station weekly.

This is a great razor. Nice close shave with no skin irritation. Even with two day stubble.
